There is absolutely not any place in the Constitution which allows for a digital currency. Currency must be coined, not created by a keyboard touch in the ether of electronics.
A digital currency is unConstitutional, it is not legal tender. That is the law. Either those behind this are going to have to change the US Constitution or the digital currency will be ordered an illegal act as it is counterfeit, as counterfeit is defined as something which supplants the value of the original monetary unit.
