The problem with HAARP has been mismanagement. This is what you get when you get corporates, egg heads and military all thinking they have a toy they can play with for various reasons as the people who ordered it up, want it to block out the sun as it is heating up in a natural hot cycle.
Here are the sins of HAARP.
Under Obama the idiots sprayed so much they dumped record snows which tore out rivers in Republican country.
This then was the record plains storms which had so much chem in them by design to “keep the ground wet so rain was not so necessary for crops to grow”.
To pay off the big oil people, they produce intense cold waves which is covered by the lie of “polar vortex” which does not exist.
All of this has killed the soil, except for GMO’s and grass. The bio engineers thought this was a kosher idea, but the now the corn is yellowing in the fields and ergot is growing on the grain, ruining manmade crops.
Cold weather sells natural gas, but it also retards more in lost revenues as people are not spending money and stay home or do not have money to spend due to heating costs.
There is allot of this robbing Peter to pay Paul in HAARP mismanagement, so the Lame Cherry is going to fix things as this needs to be done as they have killed the soil, killed the animals, killed the plants and are killing the atmosphere, and killing people.
The solution to this is simple. Stop fighting the sun. Let things warm up. By turning zones 2 and 3 into zones 5 and 6, you now have a crop structure for profit which did not exist before............you can double crop or raise two crops in North Dakota and other far reaches, increasing profits.
Let it warm up, you make some money off of running AC units in summer instead of heating in winter, but with the saved revenues, people spend more in other areas, so the corporates increase the profits.
Get rid of computers in cars and you get vehicles burning more gas, with people having money for gas to big oil gets it’s money plus in this.
So that is the answer. Let it warm up. HAARP can generate rain events. Here is what I state. Instead of chem chill snow, in April do a general April showers for a few days, which waters the ground for preparation for crops. You follow God’s design and it does not rain until the end of May and June. Have it rain then, then stop the rain until the end of July and give a nice rain in August, to finish the row crops off and then you stop the moisture again, for balmy autumns and nice winters.
HAARP has been mismanaged as a bunch of real human hating asshole terrorists inflicted on people and nature. It can benefit humanity if it is manage correctly and we all will enjoy the effects.
.........and yes if put in charge of this, I would ship the terrorists all off to some location and have them hung in mass as they are psychotic and we could then have people who can manage things, and know enough to say NO to stupid ideas.
