The Lame Cherry has lead this in calling drones the Common Man’s Mustard Gas and they must be banned from civilian possession. They are not ARMS protected by the Constitution, and are no different than mustard gas.
This Tech structure which has allowed Americans to be spied upon and threatened is behind this and the lunacy of protecting terror weapons and instead prosecuting Americans who do not want this chit flying around their yards must be remedied now.
These systems are touted for delivery. That is bogus as America is full of wind and storm and there is nothing secure about drones. That negates the Tech.
I’m not stating that all drones should be banned. Insect drones should be banned as they are a threat against people, put it this way, a drone that is small enough to fit into a bread box or is too large to fit into one, they should not be available to the public, PERIOD.
Short range drones, with a 100 foot minimum reach should be mandated. No payloads and this will stop most of this and what will stop all of it, is making people libel under criminal charges if their drones harm someone even inadvertently. Put people into jail spying on their neighbors kids and women, and that ends the lust for drones who only trigger in creepy people who want to feel empowered in having device above the law.

Atop FBI official warned Wednesday that it’s “only a matter of time” before drones that can carry and deploy explosives will be used in terrorist attacks in this country. Already, added FBI Deputy Director Chris Raia, a person “in China can control a drone over New Orleans.”
“We have seen that overseas, and it’s only a matter of time before somebody brings that type of attack, that threat vector here to the United States,” Raia told Fox News in an interview. He suspects that “the biggest threat right now” is drones that have a “kind of the five-yard target.”
“We have seen [what] drones can do overseas with an explosive payload on it,” he also said, adding that they have “not come to the United States yet,” reported The Epoch Times.
“I’m less concerned about a mass 9/11-style attack than a lone single person, a single attacker,” he also said. He pointed to the fact that technology such as 5G and certain cellular networks enable someone to carry out such an attack from thousands of miles away.
Raia called on the public to report any related suspicious activity to law enforcement.
With the World Cup games and other major public events taking place across the country, the FBI has seized around 300 drones in about two weeks.
So that is the solution for drones in America.
For any powers that unleash a drone swarm on America, President Trump signs and Executive Order stating it is terrorism, are weapons of mass destruction and the offending nation will be nuked with Cobalt bombs in their government ruling cities.
