As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.
Having been sick for sometime in my past, I was invested with milk allergies which about tore my lungs out, so fake milk is what I was stuck with. I tried coconut, soy and almond, and wonderfully these milks are "fats" and my body flared up from them to feeling like I had a vice grip on my rectum.....yeah it hurt, no doctors and it just had to wear off, like the cheese allergies did which were the source of all of my illness.
I like cashew milk a great deal, more than the above. Soy is the worst of the lot and as everyone has tried that shit, you know why babies bawl all the time.
In the throw out bin a few weeks ago, there was a half gallon of oat milk. I like oats in feeding it to livestock, like oatmeal cookies, so for a few bucks, TL said to try it. It sat in the fridge for a month, and I finally got some bananas for smoothies, and fired it up today in 2 cups of oat milk and 1 banana in a blender.
As a review, oat milk is so far superior to these other veggie milks that you simply can taste the difference. Oat enhances sweetness and enhances the fruit. While I have not tried strawberries, blueberries and kiwi, I would believe that oat milk is the way to go with them too. The difference between oat milk and soy is diet pop to real sugar......or Coca Cola to generic Flavor Value cola.
I'm not going to stop drinking cream or using oats as a basis for anything other than drinks, but this stuff has potential for vanilla coffees if you add some cream as a base.
That is the flavor review from the Lame Cherry. All 💖💖💖💖💖 five hearts for this one, as sometimes it is just good to have something not heavy.
