I desire to educate to a scam I came across on Ebay involving Chinamen.
The Chinese are the biggest swindlers in the world. Thee only reason they have not surpassed the Jews is the Jew just eats you with usury slowly and you never get a cent back, a Chinaman will cheat you, and then offer to dicker with you to refund part of your money.
I purchased a tool off of Ebay and did not realize that it was not the same one I had in another model. So the blades on it were very expensive and I could not use the ones I had. There was an adapter for this model, so I ordered it. It took forever as the Chinaman said they were in America, were in Australia, and were getting chit out of China, but it did arrive.
When I checked the bore size, it was larger than it should be on the arbor or bolt. That makes a difference with high speed blades as they might shatter. So I informed the Chinaman of the problem and they assured me they would alert their manufacturer after I provided a photo of the problem and then offered a refund of about 1/4 the price.

China is a shit hole of no quality control and cheaters. So a company fucked up in manufacturing this adapter and it was rejected. Chinese just do not throw things away, as Chinamen scrounge in the dumpsters for things to sell on Ebay, steal them out of a warehouse or give a few pennies on the dollar for the junk and then put the junk on Ebay.
Say we were dealing with 30 dollars full price including shipping. This Chinaman offering me 6 bucks, still leaves him with 24 dollars, so in essence they probably were still making 18 bucks off of junk they got for pennies from an American who thought they were getting a deal. I have no idea how this is going to turn out as I told them I wanted the full refund. The point is, this is how Chinamen retailers on Ebay operate. They salvage things, which are rejects and will pass, most people will not notice the defect, and they make money on the Chinaman fringe as you can get buy in China yet on 3rd world wages.
This actually was better than the Jew who screwed with the USPS computer system to try and swindle me out of a power cord price in not sending the item. As I have stated, a Jew lets Ebay pay for their theft, in never refunding a cent, but a Chinaman will dicker as that is what the Chinese do, it is in their genetics as that is what Chinese markets are full of, people who "Jew the price".
So that is the source of more junk coming into America. It is quite Chinaman typical and brilliant. It does not make a difference if it is Taiwan Chinamen or China Chinamen, they have a nasty streak of cheating Americans. I will say that the mainlaind Chinamen are a bit more honest or fearful of being put into a work camp, than the Taiwanese who cheat people in bigger sums and never are arrested as Mexicans at the Better Business Bureau protect them from White Americans.
