It is time for maps. Map 1 and Map 2.
If one studies these maps and bases, if you have any ability at all, what jumps out is not the propaganda of the imposing 600,000 military people Iran has, but that Iran is top heavy. Iran spent the money on air and water systems, not land systems.
I will make this simple to explain what I mean. It makes no difference if you have 10 million troops, if they are not guarding what needs to be guarded, you can walk through them line shit through a goose.
Tehran has deployed for controlling the people and as defense from outside attacks.
I will state that I do not care about Iranian missiles blowing up the state to Tel Aviv. I do not care about them blowing up US bases. My focus is not to let carriers be sunk as this air warfare stuff is already in the bag as Iran has it’s guns pointed in the air and water, not on land.
In modern warfare, the key is air support of ground forces. As I put red dots on where Iranian army locations are, you can see only one is in Tehran. There is a major airbase in Tehran too. I see this as opportunity.
I see a neutralizing strike on the air defenses, not for missiles at Tel Aviv, but to lay open air support for the airborne to take the air base there. I would send in the Marines to land in the south as cover to hold turban positions there, and then send in a ground force to spearhead to Tehran. Take the capital, induce the people to rise up, and the further evolution of the battlefield is when the Iranian army starts to move from base to counter attack, air power obliterates them
I will repeat again. Iran is top heavy. This is not going to require some massive army to invade Iran. Expeditionary forces in 2000 to 5000 groups of mechanized infantry could achieve the purpose.
This can be a holding force, providing the population supports this move and the return of the Shah. This is the basic chemistry of what General Patton and General MacArthur would strike with as Bulge and Inchon proved.
I have up a Martin Armstrong spree on nuclear war with Russia and Iran. Everyone is top heavy in this, and none of these geniuses sees that the land route is wide open for a strike force. The Pentagon is not going to explain what you have just read as this would alert the turban heads. I only work for God and require donations from people to pay the bills, but as you see once again, your eyes are not reading the propaganda being planted and flushed out in fear porn again, but a literal operational assessment.
I can take Tehran with an airborne and strike force of 5000 men.
