For those who have no idea what RED FLAG LAWS ARE, which have become the Trump negotiating point in joining Amnesty with Gun Confiscation, the basis of it is this:


Say you have some person in your past you trusted, and the intimate friend turned out to not like you so much after a falling out. Perhaps it was a neighbor, a lover, a co worker. Everyone has people like this in their lives.
So with a Red Flag Law, that person who is upset, can phone 911, and report you as a threat to them or the public, whether you were innocent or you screamed at them. The police then report this a judge who then signs a warrant, that you are unstable, and the police come and confiscate all your firearms.
There is not any due process of you having a lawyer, your having a District Attorney review the charges, and not a Judge in a pretrail hearing to review the charges, and not a jury to decide if the charges are legitimate.

This is unConstitonal, but it is what John the hero McCain's replacement in Lindsey Graham is advocating to make federalized law and it is what Ivanka Kushner is advocating to impose on all Americans, like the Nazi regime had Jews wearing gold stars to identify them. In Ivanka's case, it is red flags which will identify Americans as enemies of the state.

There is never any harm in having the government mark people.

Many America First advocates have complained about Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner’s influence in the Trump administration, especially on the issue of immigration.

The Lame Cherry is about to inform you of things which you have no idea of, but explain what Red Flags are, as when the deep state attempted to silence me by sending Homeland here to interview me, I was placed on a list. I was innocent and Homeland knew it, but once you are on a list, you are marked as CLASS 1, 2, 3 or 4. Four is the imminent threat while one is a threat to surveil until a time you are deemed no longer a threat.
This list is fed into every federal and state agency. It does not matter if you are driving your vehicle in your community, flying in an airplane, applying for a loan, attempting to join the military, trying to get tickets to see the President or if the President appears in your city, or purchasing a firearm, your name is flagged and is reviewed, whether it is the highway patrol running your tags as you drive by or  the BATFE is reviewing you for a background check.

With Red Flag Laws, just like your posting something on social media, stating the wrong series of words in your smart phone conversation to trigger the NSA, all someone has to do is say your name to the Police, and a Judge issues an order, and this is a permanent file record which never is erased. It does not matter when you are innocent, because that record in your community goes viral, as it is immediately federalized that you are threat, because someone who does not like you is taking revenge on you.

Once Red Flag triggers, in Trump Law, this expands beyond denying you your rights, to mandatory psychiatric and judicial reviews. If you have children or grandchildren, then child services appear to not just confiscate your guns, but your children or keep your grandchildren from you.

The elders among you might remember Bobby and Jack Kennedy unleashing the federal police against people who disagreed with them, and they tried to throw military people into insane asylums. Richard Nixon used the IRS against his political enemies. In the  era of Barack Hussein Obama, there was nothing that the Birther  did not weaponize from the BATF against Hutatree, the IRS against the Tea Party, the FBI against Rod Blagojevich, the CIA against Donald Trump, the Interior against the Bundy's, to comprehend that George W. Bush's Patriot Act was quite destructive, as people like the Flynn's, Manaforts and Stones discovered in the Pissgate Dossiers.

All of the latter was done with checks and balances of FISA courts and people were still ruined. Ivanka Kushner wants to rid Americans of those safeguards, to make it easier for anyone accused to be destroyed without even the FBI, DOJ and a Judge in the process.

There are legitimate reasons that the Founder who wrote the Constitution in James Monroe and the signers, not only included checks and balances, but added Amendments to clarify HOW THE GOVERNMENT WAS SPECIFICALLY MANDATED TO NOT INFRINGE ON THE SPECIFIC RIGHTS OF AMERICANS.

The Founders would have reacted in revulsion to what Lindsey Graham advocated, what democrats are pushing and what Ivanka Kushner are attempting to overthrow in the Constitution as the protecting of Rights was more important than a carte blanche of protecting society from an assumed threat.

In the Constitution an American can not be deemed a criminal without having first engaged in an act breaking the law. There is not any place in any legal society for "extreme threat orders" to remove rights.
To explain this, it is legal to guard someone from a threat, bit it is not legal to put someone into captivity for not having taken an action. The point is, where is the beginning and end in this for the gods of Joe Biden, Lindsey Graham or Ivanka Trump?

They say it is confiscating guns. What happens when some other god decides that the police can take your children over this? What about your bank accounts? What about the big one in throwing you into prison forever? What about shoot to kill orders as that would solve all the problems of the threat.

Ivanka Kushner must be made to explain her actions, as Keep and Bear Arms without infringement is not about firearms alone, but about knives and all arms. Why is it that Ivanka Kushner is not demanding in her Red Flag Laws the confiscation of knives?

What James Monroe designed the Constitution for Americans with was that the Citizens would all be armed. In fact, early American law had the Government buying firearms for Citizens to protect themselves and the state. It is a fact that the mass murderers never attack police stations, NRA events or skeet clubs, as they know they would be shot in seconds.

 

Ivanka Kushner's ideas would get more people murdered who are innocent as the Patriot Act was supposed to have stopped all of this as much as gun control in 1968 was to have stopped all of this.

The fact is, Red Flag Laws would not have stopped Dayton Ohio or El Paso Texas, because the mother of the El Paso shooter reported him to police and they did nothing, except erase the records, as much as the government and police in Dayton were protecting that shooter, so he was not arrested or committed to an institution.

It was failures by local liberals protecting liberal zombie which caused these events. There are more than enough laws on the books to stop all crime. The problem is the sloven nature of liberals in power in not being responsible, as much as the problem with liberals like Lindsey Graham and Ivanka Kushner defying the Constitution and seeking to make America a modern Nazi state in putting red flags on Americans, the way the Nazi did the Jews with gold stars in the 1930's.

 

It is time for President Trump to disavow his daughter, Ivanka Kushner, in not speaking for his Presidency, his 2020 campaign, or for the White House.

I went to a Garden Party

TL and I were conversing about the strange manifestation which appeared in our yard which I mentioned here, when TL's sister, dad, mum showed up unannounced (they knew they were not welcome) to present a year old child, who does not look anything like them.

That is another tale which we are still trying to sort out, but it was as we said, "We had 8 minutes of our lives invaded and it was like a tortuous 5 hour movie in trying to figure out what this bad download was."

Honestly, in forensic psychology, it is a fascinating subject, but by God's Grace, the things you notice, and appear in pondering afterwards, literally send the mind reeling, as this is the stuff of Dickens novels and Hitchcock macabre theater.
What struck me instantly was these people to try and lure in TL produced this phantom child which did not work as a shield, as when I blew out of the house, that put an end to the theater as I brought the subject to where TL was steering them back to in the SUV, in informing them they were unwanted here.

There was a series of insults which had preceeded this end point, as the point was to break TL down and attempt to hurt, and in that gain the upper hand again. It was the flash of the body language though which really was a psychological paper.

So TL is off the left facing them. The mother is hovering in the background, smirking like an aboriginal in the village wondering what the firestick the white god has produced that is all magic. That woman appeared to be enjoying all of this in afflicting TL and I through others, and enjoying my dominating her domineering husband. Yes there is a whole 9 yards of psychopathy in that bunch.
See the old gal, always wanted to be her pop, and resented her mum. So she married a beta male, who likes thinking he is an alpha,  and uses the excuse of having autism at times and being so intelligent, in why people do not like him. No the reason people do not like him, is because he is weird. He tells boring ass things, is rude, and like a 10 year old has these 'interests' like gaming, theology or other shit that no one on the planet cares about, so he is boring and people universally just politely flee.

He has always wanted to be a man, because he disappointed his old man, and tried to be a replacement man with his mum, when his dad divorced or whatever fled for his life. He always referred to him as MISTER, as that is how his mind works in being some devastating insult, which it was not.
He has the pretence of acting like he is aristocracy, but face it in being the failed great grandchild of a mill operator is not anything but the same scent as the Kennedy's or Trump's to old money.

The daughter with the tot. She has always resented TL as she never measured up to TL in any way. TL is more intelligent, better looking, better socially oriented and people just like TL. The sister...she is awkward, wanted to be an only child, manipulates people who know she is manipulating them, but being more intelligent do not let on, and she ends up having Visa Vermin in her wedding because that is all the trash she can attract.
She also acts like AOC in being virginal and Jesus takes pointers from her on how He can do better.

So in understanding that reality, this group of self absorbed, pompous retards, have been gaming all the people around TL for years, who knew the game and said so, but they thought they were getting away with it. They made the mistake with me, in they thought my politeness, was that I was weak, and because I absorbed their heinous attacks that I could be walked on.

This is the scene which then unfolded, as they had planned the hostage taking of TL, in the dad got out of the car, with the women inside, and he sprang the trap on TL in presenting TL's niece like a jack in the box appearing.

Normal mothers would not have exposed their child to that kind of rejection, but that was the tool the tot was meant to be. That is what we were dealing with in their opening salvo.

It was what was taking place though in all of this that the mum was apparently told to shut up, as she had inflicted in some heinous letters at TL when TL left, and this is where Oedipus Regina appeared.

TL noticed this immediately too, in the mum had been supplanted by her daughter as the wife in the situation. They both had become subserviant to the dominant father and husband......the problem is, he is a beta boy, and he was no match for God's Holy Ghost in us.
So beta boy failed, after one last attempt where he blundered in revealing I was not part of their clan in using the tot again against me with the plea, "We just brought the child to TL to meet TL's niece", not "TL and LC's niece".
No there was not any inquiry about me, and after being told I was welcome after he was informed we had been informed by the old gal that we were not welcome which he was ignorant of, he blundered and told me I was not part of the clan and never would be.
That is what happens when the Professor on Gilligan's Island gets rattled, as he is ok at plotting shit out, but is worthless as they all are in a live fire fight, which is where TL and I excel at in God's Inspiration.

So we were faced in their retreating, of beta boy failing, and the presentation that the daughter had now become the wife in this strange trio, as the wife was grinning aboriginal, as it is worth repeating beta boy failed and his instinct in frustration was probably to try and use physical force, but he knew the grey bar was waiting, after one hell of a beat down by me, as no one comes on my property and pulls this kind of shit ever on me or mine.
So beta boy was retreating in ordering them to leave, as he knew the scheme did not work as I was informing the sister of her sins, and she could not get that kid shoved in the car fast enough, but before this and this is important as beta boy had convinced them he could dominate and handle us.......the sister recognized they had just been routed, and she then grabbed the reins from her father/husband, and began a fake apology which she does all the time, meant to show she is the superior christian, and to shame the person telling her how heinous she is. In this case, her scripted reply was met with a second salvo from me, and a third as she was stuffing the tot in the car who was now wailing as that kid did not want to go along with those people, as who would.

I found this part amusing in a most distasteful interaction with pharisees, in the dad was exposed for what he was before the women folk who he thinks he is superior to and by instinct, the power grabbing daughter, grabbed the attack in trying to win the situation, but was obliterated, as none of them in their complete ignorance ever picked up who they were dealing with. TL is learning to act like me, which is what my Grampa and beloved Uncle mentioned. They did not teach me this, but simply said one time, "Just act like a stupid farmer as that is what they want to believe". You act stupid in a situation and people will be disarmed as they always think they are more intelligent than they are.
The brier patch people are all this way. Lord God help those though who rile them up and set them off as they will not quit until the fight is finished their way.

See that trio thought they could appear here, use a kid against TL, to drive a wedge between TL and I. The next step was already laid in telling TL where they were staying, so TL would come alone, showing them that there was a division, and they thinking I was weak, they had shoved me out of the picture.
The two wives and the beta boy though did not expect Hurricane Cherry to blow in. They were fortunate that I held back and did not go Vesuvius. They are an easy group though as they are already divided. They lie to each other and themselves all the time. The old lady likes seeing her husband ass whipped to get back at him. She has no affinity for the grandkid appearantly, because she is now #2 wife, as her daughter is now in the position she always wanted to be as the woman of the house.  The old man is a fiction. He is deluded into thinking he is intelligent, has thought everyone else was not as smart when they were past his game by double, and he hid in religion to get his authority which he is absolutely incapable of dealing with, as he was in full retreat and showed himself a complete failure to the women he thinks are less than him.

That is what winning looks like. Of course I will be featured as the bad girl, but the bad girls are in that clan starting with Oedipus Regina, the hut wife #2 and the block head Charlie Brown who is beta boy brown in delusions of what he really is.

People always mistake my polite for weakness. They learn if they keep sniffing around my den though that the claw appears and they get ripped to shreds. It is why people leave me  the hell alone here and it is why everyone in the brier patch with any sense, leaves everyone else alone and is polite as all hell breaks loose if you push it.

I suspect the psychology is the mum enjoyed the smack down of her dominators and will revel in it as no one likes being shit wife #2. Oedipus Regina will "remember" this as she is pure as the driven snow and we were the sinners she tried to save by shedding her blood ...no sacrificing her child like God did out of how wonderful she is, and beta boy will blame his two wives or three as the kid is in harem training to, to one day supplant Oedipus Regina, and will deem himself superior, not weak, not the cause of the problems  and reach out to TL, because the lord of the toilet throne can not be held accountable for them women folk.

I will assume most of you have just as many horror stories in wondering 'What the hell was that" in your lovely families. See you are not alone as in psychotic America, the manifestations are the weak are getting weaker, and only act out more in desperation.

Spoon Nostalgia

I suffer from nostalgia, even in people I do not like, I get to thinking about things from my childhood and  I begin to smile, not that I miss things so much, but just how things were.

In the thrift store the other day I came across a big metal spoon. These things are about 2 feet long and they are an interesting memorabilia, as they originated in the 1800s for women who had to stand back and away from large hearths or open fires. Things needed stirring whether lard or soup, and a big spoon was always the ticket to keep from being cooked yourself.

This one was 80 cents and if you look close, you will see the end is worn off, and that is what makes me smile in the nostalgia of it, because these spoons were created by old German women, who had too cook on a wood cookstove. For those not familiar with the realities of this device, the entire top had to heat up, and there were just two temperatures in NOT HOT and HOT, hot was as in scalding, render things black in a few seconds. That is why these old women had to stand by that hot stove, in their long dresses, those litard hosen, weighing in at 250 pound, and stir that food, as food was a luxury in you did not waste it as it was too hard to come by.

My Gram, had a spoon like this, a short one, which I have, and it is worn flat on the edge too. Do you realize how many times you have to scrape a bottom of a pan to get a spoon to wear off? I have never worn one down, so it must be a hundred thousand turns.
All that metal went into the food and never hurt anyone, but those old spoons were a trademark of these old German women, and it makes me smile every time I see one.

This one was a bit different, in I have seen stamped spoons, enamel spoons and  iron with a aluminum coating on it, but this one is pure aluminum. It is light as a feather and I bet the old gal who had this one kept her apron wound around it, dropping whatever shit was in that apron in the pudding, as aluminum gets hot on one end as much as the other.

I remember one day when I was 5. Grampa was out pruning a Whitney crab, and had his big old yellow jack knife filleting things and he slipped and cut his wrist. Gram was there, so was Ma and my sister, but Grampa drove us all home to where they lived with Gram's filthy apron wrapped around it.
That woman would have everything from eggs, chicken shit on the eggs, dirt from garden stuff, to probably what she cooked last Christmas on that apron. It could stand and salute on it's own.

When we got home, I remember Gram dumped a bottle of Mercurochrome into that open wound. The old guy got white as a sheet and almost passed out. Damn that must have hurt. That was all the doctoring there was though, as I doubt he took the day off, and by Sunday it was not an issue to be thought of.
Just goes to show that all kinds of shit, including not supposing to dump Merc into open cuts didn't hurt them old boys one bit.

So that is why I get nostalgic. I remember the horror stories and how much I really never cared for Gram as she was a cold old fish. Some of my worst memories are of interactions with her and that spoon I got just gets me smiling, which is a Brier Patch insanity, as the reason you smile is you are glad you will never have to go through that shit again.

I just don't know why children or grandchildren do not keep old shit spoons like this. Not like you can't hang em in the garage and not pay attention to them. If this one was stouter I would use it to dig out pocket gopher wholes like beloved Uncle did......course he broke the end off of Gram's worn out spoon and had to braze it back on. They were really not made for digging out gopher holes.

When I get rich and get my man shack for girls, I will probably put the spoon out there. Probably use it to rap problem children on the head and dogs on the ass, as you never hit a dog on the head or they won't come to you and children are best thinking they don't want to be around you in the first place.

Worked great with me and Gram, as I never wanted to be around her and she never wanted me around. Could have left me with a broke toaster oven and that oven would have been more fun and attentive than that woman ever was.

Yes nothing like nostalgia and spoons. 80 cent buys  one whole lot of pleasure and the never answered question of, "So you knew you were wearing the damn spoon out Gram, so why in the hell did you keep doing it as spoons were expensive even if you didn't give a rip snort about the kids".

I probably paid about the same price that this old gal paid for it new.

You know if they made these things of like steel and lead filled, they would make one hell of a mace to keep in a vehicle.
Make one hell of a coyote concussion device.......did I ever tell you the time time Uncle decided to save bullets and blood, and knock coyotes out and then break their necks? I  guess you bend the head back over the back and it snaps the spine, well in most cases, but he got hold of one yote that came to, and the neck would not break.
Seems he couldn't let go for being mauled, and the yote was not cooperating in struggling, so it came down to the old guy finally got the coyote wore down before he wore out, and the neck snapped with enough bending.

Is why I hit em so damn hard that the lights go out and blood come out of the nose and ears. I prefer it coyote blood instead of my own blood. For fox you stomp on the chest then and that finished em off. Use a trowel for that, is like a spoon, but no edges wore off on that as Gram did not get near it...although Uncle's trowel is a Yoho and he busted the handle off on that. Apparently he did pop them yotes pretty hard too to get that kind of result.

As I said, nostalgia.

I have always liked Rosanna, not her acting. She sucked as Libby Custer, but she did look good in bluejeans in starring with Timothy Hutton in a movie I don't remember.

The thing is I like her brother David Arquette and worry about him.  I don't like he was beat up and I don't like it that he had marriage ending problems with that thing from Friends. I think there are other Arquettes, like that psychic and that strange one on Fraiser, but I am not sure about them in who they are.

I am sure that David's Grandfather was Charlie Weaver as I just saw that on some television program. I like Charlie in he just seemed like a nice man like Allan Hale.






Anyway, I am here to help Rosanna, and the first point in this is Rosanna needs to be told that TALK IS CHEAP!!!!!!!!!!!!

She can say she is sorry. She can say she feels shame.  She can claim to be White. She can say she is disgusted about being privileged, but she is still living the life.





I can see why Kevin Kline had the hots for her in Silverado, but she sucked in  that movie too, and no woman should ever be in a movie or a marriage involved with Kevin Kline. It is like Bryan Brown marrying Rachel Ward, something that should never happen as it is against God and nature in some things just are not right.
I digress, but Rachel was like...she should have been artificially inseminated in being a mother, because she is like the most beautiful woman of her moment, and like she belonged to all mens and womens dreams of perfection, so like a woman like that is like the Vestal Virgin an icon of all that is our hopes and dreams...

David is such as wonderful man and he has like his best friend is Brian Austin Greene and how awesome is that as he is like friends with Freddie Prinz jr. who is like total awesome, but the point is that Rosanna must have like a few dollars  she has left over from borrowing money, and she can White it over to me to end her privilege.

It is like she can then tweet that she did this and everyone knows I hate the privileged, hate most people, so that covers about it all and Rosanna then can have sweet dreams being content that she has such an awesome brother who has like awesome friends.

Paarmann, who began his career with the bureau in 1996, was shuffled by FBI Director Christopher Wray in August, 2017 from his position as FBI Deputy Assistant Director of the International Operations Division to special agent in charge of the Counterterrorism Division for the New York field office. In the aftermath of the homicidal acts in El Paso Texas and Dayton Ohio, it is becoming evident what the British MI6 is coordinating with the rulers of America, and that is what this post will examine, as the forensic psychology of this is meant to trigger those on the right and left, while progressing an agenda of repression against Americans.

The reality is for all the liberal smears against Donald Trump, Mr. President has advocated for denying Americans the right of innocence in Red Flag confiscation of firearms, has sought to ban firearms, and is expanding the death sentence for people thinking in using the term White Supremacist.
These are all Birther Hussein Obama Marxist realities, so Mr. Trump is advocating for the American left and in that the American left has their best advocate in Donald Trump.

That is a reality.

As far as these acts being defined as terrorism, they were nothing of the sort of terrorism. The criminal in Dayton Ohio, was an Obama revolutionary, and no different than Joe Stalin setting factories on fire in the Soviet Union, or unionist using clubs to beat non union workers in Chicago. This is not terrorism. It is political thuggery.
As far as the El Paso Texas situation was, on face value, this was a person who like Andres Breivik was defending his personal space as any Viking would against invasion or any Daniel Boone would against Indian attack. That is not terrorism. It is a psychological defense of personal space being infringed with dangers.
There is the question of El Paso though as someone who was not the arrested shooter, posted the manifesto according to  8 Chan.

Terrorism is an action practiced in majority by Muslims, who coordinate numbers of people to instill fear into large numbers of people, to gain a political advantage. As Dayton and El Paso proved, Americans have zero fear of being in shopping malls, as hordes are still going there after a number of these attacks, whether at festivals or clubs.

Dayton and El Paso were not terrorism, domestic or foreign.

For the reality having met Homeland Agents, they are professional, very well trained and of the best quality in questioning and interrogation. They are not missing a thing on domestic terrorism, and if their leadership can not spy on American for billions of dollars, then the leadership should have been fired by Donald Trump, and not asking for more powers and financing.

The last major act of  domestic terrorism which took place in the United States was the murder of LaVoy Finnicum in Oregon and the persecution of the Bundy's. It is logical to tend to your own lives as these issues are bigger than us, and will require world wars to sort out again.

I just want to go fishing, get some needed rest as I have not recovered for writing the time line which put Donald Trump into the White House to complete MAGA. The Kinder Pan

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

Today I had an interesting reality.


I was in the Thrift Store and the stinker Trump Visa Verm were there. They stink as they are not just repulsively ugly, but because they refuse to shower after pulling on cow tits. A Mexican stinks of milk, antiseptic wash and lack of hygenics.

So there was this little egg pan by Revereware, which I have sworn of purchasing now unless they are a quarter, as we have a beautiful set we have worked on for the past few years for under 20 dollars. Pretty good for 400 dollars in pans.

I picked it up though at 2 dollars as it was cute and made the rounds and ended up by TL and this old woman and I was being playful, so I said to TL, "See if I had not rescued this pan it would be on it's way to Mexico".

The old folks turned and looked at me and smiled and then turned away, looking at the beaners and frowned at what I said  or her displeasure at the Mexicans, as he was a sour old bat. I found it funny though that I could make her laugh at things all are not supposed to be laughing at, but as Monty Python would say, "Being racist is fun".

I like this pan but I doubt I will have any use for it, as they take lots of oil to not have a wet egg stick, but this was a little gem  that I had no idea even existed. We have now a 15 inch pan, 8 inch, some 5's and now this little gal, the kinder of pans.

We now have a stack of pans, roasters,pots and kettles and they are thee most excellent of quality. These are unique, as I have noted lesser quality items are now appearing, which I have zero interest in. That part makes me sad as a window is closing in a dead race of Americans who are now in the 80 to 90 range, having acquired quality pans etc... are dying off. This American equipment will not become available again for a generation, or in other words, the world will have ended as we know it and passed completely away.


I will attempt using our kinder gem soon enough, but it bothers me that an old woman has no one goofy like me to make her smile and then her hostage situation overpowers her world and returns her to sullenness away from the joy little pans bring me.
