terrorists held in US custody at Gitmo have Constitutional Rights just
like all Americans.
These are the same terrorists who want to bring down the Constitution of
the United States and install the koran as the law of the land and who
just happen as the Constitution states are not United States Citizens,
so therefore they are not under the jurisdiction of the protection or
laws of the United States.
The Supreme Court is absolutely wrong on this as while all people in US
custody have humane treatment as prisoners they do not have rights in
any part like a US Citizen.
Even US prisoners are denied rights to vote, keep guns and liberty. So
conditions do exist in depriving all prisoners of certain rights.
In noting this that the Supreme Court has just internationalized this,
it is quite in the realm now that US citizens of Muslim faith can now
demand to be under Mecca Law, bin Laden law or any other law court in
protection and right for any crime they commit in the United States.
In this, since every American is hostage to OPEC, Americans should
demand the same government conditions Saudi citizens have from
government checks to not having to pay income taxes.
See once the dolts on the Supreme Court forced open the US Constitution
to cover non US citizens as leftist morons have been chanting about,
then the Pandora's Box is open for any nation to have the same rights
demanded of it for protections against the US courts.
Want some extremes?
Some wacko decides he wants to murder Jewish people, so he says, "Hey I
want to be protected by the Palestinian Hamas government laws which
sanctions this so you Americans can not convict me as there is no law
against my right to make war on Jews".
A cannibal from southeast Asia decides to come here and try out some

Under their laws, it would be perfectly legal harvesting and no murder

The United States Supreme Court is heinously stupidly wrong. The US
Constitution only affords rights for US Citizens and none other.

So if terrorists don't like being held in US luxury, they can get a job
and not be in terrorist camps firing at US Soldiers.
The Supreme Court is wrong...........but hey Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, I
