I would prefer you remember the word, "caste" as it will come up later and is important as later will explain.Mr. and Mrs. Obama sent me an email which stated they were going to require equal pay for equal work for women as a way to bribe them to get votes as Gov. Palin is as predicted taking more female votes away daily from the Obama camp when PUMA supporters start concluding that if they vote for Mr. Obama that it will be 8 years waiting for Mrs. Clinton and by that time she will be too aged.
Furthermore these women realize that if they allow Obama / Biden to trounce McCain / Palin the way Mondale /Ferraro was trounced that America will not put another woman on the ticket for a generation.
So the Obama, Obama and Biden crew has decided to promise women equal pay for equal work with evil men.
There is not one decent human in this world who does not believe that all people should be treated fairly in the work place. That a woman should be paid the same wage for doing like work.
The problem is the Obama people want to make this a government mandate. Now some women are already bristling saying, "And what is wrong with a mandate!?!?!?!"
This is why the word "caste" is important as most Americans have no idea how most of the world is run on a caste system.
I will utilize Oprah as a first example. Ms. Winfrey earns around $60 million a year.
Under Mr. Obama's mandate, Ms. Winfrey's salary will have to be paid to Ellen DeGeneres, which is fine for her, but this means David Letterman, Jay Leno, Craig Fergeson, Conan O'Brien, Tavis Smiley, Charlie Rose on PBS all will be paid $60 million as remember the law is equal pay for both men and women.
Do you think PBS can pay $120 million in salaries for 2 men? Do you think the shrinking ABC, NBC, CBS can turn out those kinds of salaries or for that matter syndicated programs could pay out that kind of wage?
This either means the government which taxes people to raise money is either going to have to pay for this mandate or it is as you ladies are already reasoning, "Yeah but that is unique and there could be some kind of regulation on it."
Alright, we will visit the un unique in, Miss Principal, our beloved school teacher. She is fresh from college with no experience, but in equal pay she is now going to be earning the exact wage as Mrs. Tutu who has been teaching for 30 years and is earning $55,000 a year, plus having personal days of 120 she has garnered.
The law states it is a matter of gender and not experience or talent, so Mrs. Tutu finds all her efforts like many women are negated as the new woman hired is getting exactly under mandate what she has worked for.
"This proves we need regulations", is now the thought. Here is the problem though with this fix of the Obama fix of making all of us equal.
Where do the fixes end? Does a Latino farming in California turning out vegetables earning several million dollars a year now find a woman in Ohio who is herding 20 milking goats earning only several thousand dollar, become another government subsidy as her equal work in farming is going to be paid what someone farming in California is?
How long do you think it will be before this nation has 300 million goat herders, all now because of 3 million dollar salaries for milking a few goats, all trying to sell a five thousand dollar cup of milk, as people will find the best career is one which one does not work, but gets paid as a millionaire?
"I'm sure Obama can fix this more with regulations," is now the conclusion.
Alright, who in this world is now going to decide that only so many people can be goat herders for a million dollars, who gets to be Oprah par dux to earn $60 million and who gets to be the women earning a buck two eighty nine an hour picking worms out of the corn at a sweet corn factory?
"Regulations will fix that for each situation," is the reply.
So which regulations do you want? The regulations of the United States military who takes recruits and knows out of a 20 person unit, 10 are social retards who can not function and are always graded for cannon fodder or scrubbing toilets. 7 are worthy of actually being trusted with some responsibility and 3 actually have leadership potential.
Or do you want this started for a 5 year old regulated for the rest of their life as the toilet scrubbers as people never get out of their grade in the military.
Maybe wait until they are 18, but then one might remember how idiotic you were at 18. Do you want to be judged a toilet scrubber for the rest of your life before you found your God given calling?
Wait for college? Alright, let us then pay all suma cum laude students a million dollars, magna cum laude students five hundred thousand and the rest get the buck two eighty nine wage for the rest of their lives scrubbing toilets.
"But wait, there can be pay grades and scales so to make it all equal", the answer is.
You mean like the government in it's pay grade scales? Alright then, how do you as you have just negotiated a caste system where people are herded by politics, family name and political favors decide "for equal pay for equal work" just how equal it is when you just advocated creating levels, situations and judgments not based on the person, but on their being someone who can collect high grades at university?
If one checks the rosters of business, politics and entrepreneurship, one finds those people graduated entirely at the bottom of their classes.
So much for the system of grades deciding equality in work and pay.
"Maybe there could be a factor for initiative and production", is the conclusion.
So after what one knows will be 40,000 pages of regulations just like the tax code which is supposed to be simple but has a mountain sized pile of regulations, one decides that the Obama mandate of equal pay for equal work, should reflect instead a woman who went to college, was allowed to develop into her own person, so when she was ready, she moved onto different levels of her chosen fields to become an outstanding person and a leader, who just so happens to be Gov. Sarah Palin as the solution for women and not mandates handing her jobs, but a place she earned by merit.
Mr. and Mrs. Obama can not even see the complexity of the one more disaster they plan for the United States. Their plan is going to force women to be toilet scrubbers for their entire lives and the chosen Oprahs, will not be there by talent or merit, but by protocols the government lays down.
Look at what the Democrats did in the disaster of Geraldine Ferraro in affirmative action for women in a really unqualified person not by intelligence, but she had absolutely no inspirational leadership skills was thrust on the national stage with a unequal male in Walter Mondale for a disaster for all women. Mrs. Clinton has been fighting that since that 1980's mistake and Democrats once again booted her to the failure pile for women.
That is a caste system at work and exactly what Barack Obama is advocating.
Gov. Palin rose on her own without any presidential husband entitling her to a Senate seat. There is a vast difference in God given ability earning by merit your position in life and someone handing you things and people looking at the woman and rejecting her as unproven.
The Obama equal pay for equal work is insane as it would regress all women to a position like Russia where women dream of being whores and marrying a rich westerner just to move up in life or women in India bought and sold as children with their entire lives mandated for them.
That is the caste system which plagues Africa, Europe, China and Japan.
America has been from it's first a vocation for women to strive and become the complete citizens God intended them to be. That is what one finds in Judeo Christian fundamentals. Sarah of the Bible had her own tent, household and managed a vast realm with her husband, Abraham.
Women have always managed their own business affairs in their lives from the colonial days of America and done it successfully.
These are the basic fundamentals of America which created Oprah Winfrey and created the lady who Ms. Winfrey in her caste system now is treating unfairly in a criminal illegal way in Gov. Sarah Palin by not treating her the same as the male Barack Obama.
One has to understand that the Obama equality is a despot equality of the people on top dictating to others, and the others are all goat herders for all of their lives without the million dollar homes, but goat ticks instead.
Ms. Winfrey, Mrs. Obama, Mr. Obama, Mr. Biden, they are the barons, the el presidente's for life, the feudal lords and the tribal chiefs of yore. They are not of the American system where women are afforded the right to decide on their life and decide on that life a hundred times if they choose. These American women can be mothers, homemakers, astronauts, soldiers, journalists and even Presidents all in the same life if they choose to strive for it.
It is beyond insulting for the Obama's to play on women's needs and then turn around and try in the worst way to destroy a woman in Sarah Palin to keep her from the forever shattering the power ceiling on her own.
The reason American women have been held back is they have trusted in the Obama system of affirmative action placing mediocre women into positions of power and forcing a Hillary Clinton to look like she is getting a handout from Bill to run for political office.
The liberal caste system is what Barack Obama represents and it will turn all American women into the shackled property they were a thousand years ago.
Women do not deserve equal pay for equal work when their work is better, women deserve to own the company, manage the government, to Oprah Winfrey unequal pay grades when they kick every Phil Donahue off the air in accomplishing a better work.
Women do not deserve a Katie Couric maneuvering all the women reporters at CBS off camera due to her inability to cope with talented women.
Let those issues be addressed, but do not degrade a Sarah Palin by telling her she is only a woman and therefore unqualified.
That is the reprehensible caste system and has been coming out of every liberal's mouth, except for Hillary Clinton.
She might like her caste system which is shackling her, but she understands fully the damage being done to her position by Barack and Michelle Obama as they attempt to cast both Sarah Palin and Hillary Clinton to the repression Americans threw off hundreds of years before.
No more goat herders for women, Mr. Obama. Women own the herd and decide how it is managed for their exclusive profit and position and not in how a Barack is ordering women to herd his goats while he sits in the White House.
