I will give God credit for this as He deserves it, because America has been on a profit and power binge using health care as a means to bleed people dry until they have no more and make them exist in poverty and fear so they will create an advanced Franklin Roosevelt liberal voting block.
If one examines Canada for example, they have Obama care which Tom Daschle is trying to implement in the United States. What is the synopsis of this is, rich people pay for good doctors to get great care immediately while poor people needing a new knee get a two and a half year waiting list for a price in mandated in premiums that are bleeding them dry.
This is why border states in America see great numbers of Canadian citizens as their health system is Marxist horrid.
The solution to this created health care problem in America is simple. I offer a solution which will not cost the taxpayers one cent. It will not create any new bureaucracy to deal with costing more money and it treats every poor person in America.
This is the key in understanding this as there are numbers of wealthy people like Rush Limbaugh as he has noted who do not want insurance or health care for the simple reason it is cheaper and more effective for them to pay out of pocket rather than pay into a huge insurance fund pool which is not since aids lessening premiums for the masses any more.
The system is simple. Your state government via the federal system for poor people simply issues what looks like a credit card. On this card is a pin number which when run through a health card slot activates in a national data base who you are once you enter you Social Security number.
For poor people, they simply go online and fill out a form with what is their past health history or data is accessed from posted disability forms at the Social Security records base.
All these records are tied into earnings like the IRS or Social Security so they are verified in who the person is and what they earned. This is key in this as this health care is as I have advocated in "Pay What You Can". If a person earns $2500 a year, they would be assessed like in Biblical terms at no more than 10% of their income.
This means a poor person would only just like in federal housing be responsible for $250 a year in any payments from appendicitis to a new knee.
Once they swipe through and that $35 comes off for each visit that reaches the maximum 10%, the person only has to pay that much.
I will add to this that botox to lipo suction are not going to be covered in this.
This is a series of checks and balances in a person is not going to go to doctor if poor in most cases if they have to pay money out, so it is not going to have a flood of doctor visits as the only sick are going to go to the doctor when they really require it.
How this is paid for is even more simple. All medical care now is big billion dollar business. Tax rates run for doctors in the high 35% range as does any corporation. In this system, the doctors and corporations take tax deductions for treating poor people after their premium is deducted instead of the "giving all hospitals million dollar CAT scan machines" as is being spoken of.
A doctor earning $250,000 will pay in taxes around $70,000 at least. In clinic visits that is 2000 patients or in repeat visits of four, 250 people who can be covered for each physician that are not covered now just in tax deductions.
The same holds true for hospitals and pharmaceuticals who will have a tax deduction plan schedule for them too for simply providing necessary procedures and pills which people need.
Granted if you are someone poor unlike Tim Johnson, you are not going to get million dollar care when your brain pops nor get a wheelchair more expensive than some cars, but this will cover the majority of people in America. Catastrophic costs are always handled on a different level and can be planned for in poor people too, but this system is dealing with instead every poor America who requires care and will be covered without it costing one dime in taxpayer funds while keeping the entire medical system in place with insurance that is serving the majority of the population.
This is the solution as people will self regulate in determining what they require. As an added bonus, I suggest that people who have not been to a doctor in 10 years to be rewarded for that in having a pool fund where they will be given a doctors visit for each year they have not been to one.
If a person has visited a doctor the previous year, then if they do not visit a physician for 2 years they will then earn one doctor visit up to 5. In this way, people will be rewarded for not overtaxing the system until they actually require it.
So I conclude with keep the corrupt system in place which sends out biopsy samples on appendix to pad bills, but create a secondary system to treat people on an American plan. Credit cards work and this system will work as it has the public policing itself, allows Citizens to earn doctor visits and allows doctors, pharmaceuticals and hospital corporations tax deductions instead of paying taxes which is not what the medical system is supposed to be set up for any way.

I would even foresee in a caring nation in people could take a tax deduction themselves if they have health care in paying for a doctor visit for someone else in deduction.
There are all kinds of ways in dealing with this health care problem without 5000 dollar vouchers and other money being dumped in which will only inflate the prices more and make it impossible for the real poor people who are not in the system, can not afford to get into the system and have problems sometimes holding a job to just gain the funds this pay and play scheme is operating at.
"Pay what you can" is the humane system and it is free. For those who will complain hospitals or doctors will be earning too much in using their tax deductions for patients, I will explain that rich people blow money on things which employ people and every dollar they spend is taxed along with every product produced. The government gains all of this money back as it circulates as my doctrine proves.
So pay what you can is the solution and it solves the entire problem in the 30 days it will take to set it up.
