I have been contemplating the Phil Berg to other cases involving the usurper, Barack Obama, in the American government having swerved not into a government anymore by the people, of the people and for the people; but one of a government of multi billionaire financiers hiring a bunch of minions to control a mass of inhumanity intent on poisoning, butchering and sexing itself unto death.
I'm through with the sniping of Phil Berg, Joseph Farah and whoever else has been fighting an action where the corrupt in office have absolutely no interest in upholding the Constitution.
I will never succumb to ignorant anarchists like Devvy Kidd who Molotov Mob throw in words like Revolution and never understand that revolutions bring about destruction, death and more death.
In this if Phil Berg and the people who claim to be interested in protecting the Constitution, I throw down the gauntlet of them either putting up or shutting up as they have the connections and resources to combine Americans to a drive for an election. This is not just any election though, but it is a recall election.
For those though who think by peeking at the subject title they already know all, they had better slow down their all knowing speed reading and understand exactly the legal authorization which is intended here to invoke.
The government of the United States is in violation across the board of upholding the Constitution of the United States. It will not police itself and people like Patrick Fitzgerald are not interested in policing it when the evidence is before him concerning all the illegalities of Barack Hussein Obama.
In that, to the Obama exposers that be, I ask them to dust off their memories and that document called the 10th Amendment.
The liberals and federalists would have you indoctrinated that this is a States Rights Amendment, but it is not just States Rights but instead is "all rights not granted the federal government are retained by the people".
That is not state government, but individual government in pure democracy of the mob ruling by the people, of the people and for the people representing themselves.
For those who do not know, there is a self motivated ballot issue called initiative and referendum. In this the people hold all rights to put on a ballot by collecting signatures, a recall vote of anyone they choose in mass.
I hold not that Mr. Obama is alone in fault here as he could not have gotten this far without complete enabling and law breaking by every federal government employee in the Executive, Legislative and Judicial.
So what follows is the James Madison recall which I speak:
We the people of these United States in order to safeguard our Constitution hereby place on the ballot before the people, the entire recall of the sitting President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney, all members of Congress and all federal judges who refused to uphold the Constitution in the Barack Obama case hiding behind 'standing'.
This includes the complete recall of the entire Supreme Court of the United States along with their staffs.
Immediate replacement of George W. Bush and Richard Cheney will be in the stewardship of Sec. of State Rice and form Sec. of State Albright as President and Vice President if preceding January 20th, 2009 and thereafter if Mr. Obama and Mr. Biden attain their office to replace them until at such time Governors named below from the honorable state of Pennsylvania and Alaska will be sworn in as President and Vice President of these United States until 2012 elections.
These accomplices have repeatedly disregarded their oath to protect and defend the Constitution and along with Barack Obama, Joe Biden and all of his appointments forthwith be recalled from office and hereby forever banned from holding public office ever again, including barring any pardons whatsoever to eternity.
Be it known, that if this initiative is passed by a 2/3rd majority of these United States by the people that this will include all state Sec. of States for their certifying that Barack Obama was qualified for the office of President when he admits he was a dual citizen of another nation under British law and refused to present his passport travel and real Birth Certificate from Hawaii.
As the entire Department of Justice has failed to uphold it's mandate of protecting the United States from such proceedings, their tenure is recalled completely in this initiative to be replaced by law enforcement who will police the elite with more vigilance as they police the masses.
The following remedy in the passage of this recall by the majority of the American electorate is as follows:
The Governors of the 50 United States will within 24 hours have appointed and sworn in the 435 members of Congress qualified representatives of their states.
The Governors of the 50 United States will appoint 50 new Secretaries of States of their own states.
Adhering to the electoral will of the people in choosing the Democratic Party to hold the office of the White House, a Democratic Governor in Gov. Edward G. Rendell of Pennsylvania will be in this initiative affirmed as President of the United States ending in the expended 4 year term of 2012.
In an admonition of historical president of George Washington having the defeated party as Vice President, this initiative places forth, Republican Governor Sarah Palin of Alaska to serve as Vice President of these United States ending in the expended 4 year term of 2012.
If it is the choice of the Democratic and Republican Party to nominate President Rendell for another election to complete the 2 term limit and President Rendell agrees, it is his Constitutional right.
It will be Gov. Palin's right to choose to seek to head her Republican Party to run against President Rendell or she will hold her position as Vice President as was the people's will. Either choice is not exclusive as she may run and still hold the office of Vice President should President Rendell win the 2012 election.
House elections will be national in 2012 affirming the people's right to the continuance of Constitutional limits and choices of the people.
President Rendell will as Constitutional granted appoint all judiciary and Justice Department officials with the exemption of the 9 Supreme Court Justices to be replaced.
The Supreme Court Justices in this recall will instead be chosen by the people.
To uphold the continuity of Conservative and Liberal Justices, the current 5 to 4 margin will be maintained in the following candidates.
Judge Janice Rogers Brown of California, Judge Kenneth B. Bell of Florida, Judge Tom Parker of Alabama, George Allen of Virginia, Lynn Swan of Pennsylvania, Judge Jose Cabranes of Puerto Rico, Judge Amalya Kearse of New Jersey, Hillary Clinton of New York, Ed Koch of New York.
Effective upon ratification of 2/3rds of these United States.

If Citizens in this American nation are serious in protecting the Constitution, then the picking at the tick on the elephant of the problem is not going to solve a thing as the Courts have proven they will only protect their territory, the Congress will only protect their territory and the Executive will only protect their territory.
John McCain won 22 states in an election which was not about approving Barack Obama but one of frustration over the Iraq War and the economy. 34 states is all it requires for a 2/3rds Constitutional recall.
This platform of a national recall will allow the public to become educated on Barack Obama's status which most have not been informed of. This forum would pressure Barack Obama to release his passport and birth certificate, along with pressuring foreign governments for his documentation.
This national initiative would pressure the Supreme Court of these United States to have a full public hearing on cases they have dismissed without comment before January 20th, 2009, with their subpoena of all Obama papers for public judicial review in knowing they either uphold the checks and balances in the Constitutional mandate of the Founding Fathers in making certain the Executive is secure or they will all be replaced by the people in a national vote as is secured by all the Authority not granted and in limiting the federal government of these United States which are not policing the Executive Branch.
If Citizens are serious about this, use the Constitutional Authority of the People of these United States and solve this completely as appealing to those who are corrupt in both the right and left wing only prolongs the proposition of installing an unqualified citizen in thee office of the President of these United States.
