Reich has no problem with the United States running up colossal debt. His solution is just to pay higher interest rates to the Chinese and Japanese, which runs up even more colossal debt.
Reich goes on to explain Obama policy in, America just wasted 1 trillion dollars, is going to waste 1 trillion dollars more, but do not fear as Barack Obama is going to offer up a SECOND STIMULUS PACKAGE SOON ENOUGH of another trillion dollars.
Reich further explains, Obama will offer up a 3rd and a 4th in increased debt, as, Obama is going to not make the mistake of Franklin Roosevelt in not borrowing more debt for America and relying on World War II.
Reich makes the startling fact clear, Barack Obama using a massive tax increase on Americans to cut the debt spending he is incurring in half, might be "smart politics" now, but will be dumb politics in 2012, and DOES NOT MAKE ANY ECONOMIC SENSE.
This is Barack Obama setting the planks of the Robert Mugabe regime to Hugo Chavez regime. Obama's policies make absolutely no sense and they will do absolutely nothing.
Obama is going to spend at least a trillion more in debt, jack interest rates up, which means hardship for homeowners needing loans along with college kids, a shorter money supply, and the Chinese and Japanese getting rich off of American's who will be employed as slave labor.
The net result of this is going to be a coming economic stagnation worse than what America has experienced in this constriction and as I have pointed out, the government increases taxes 4 percent, it means 8 percent as businesses all pass the debt onto consumers, who end up paying 8% more of their wages to excise taxes in higher prices.
Higher prices means INFLATION coupled with an Obama stagnant economy which will be worse than the Carter 1970's years fiasco.
Why?
Because Reagan still had a reserve of collateral to borrow against as Japanese production was running high. Barack Obama has now spent 2 trillion more. He will spend at least 4 trillion more which America does not have and that tax burden is going to hit the poor worst of all as they do not have an almost 10 percent more in wages to loose to inflation.
This is the most reprehensible, disgusting and degrading policy to ever come out of the United States. It has no sense, accomplishes nothing but giving money to the nation rapists and is going to so screw up the economy that the real President who follows is not going to have anything to actually put a Reagan response together.
Alan Keyes is absolutely correct in Barack Obama is going to destroy America, while not literally, Obama is going to make America a Russian style 3rd world state with a nuclear arsenal.
It is bewildering to see the elite of Washington sit there and be humiliated without having one response or question, taking Birdie Obama to the woodshed in exposing his agenda as nothing more than Fidel Castro growing giant strawberries which tasted like crap because they were full of water and not strawberry.
Obama's policy is weak as water and it is going to make America as thin as ice.
