"The Obama Administration" is conducting according to the New York Times, under the auspices of Sec. Robert Gates a review of US war policy, especially focusing on the 2 war strategy, of America having for years been positioned to fight two wars at once.There are several problems for these Obamaniacs and Brainiacs looking at the policies and attempting to forge a new whiz bang policy, the first of which is America has not been in a real war, since 1945.
Idiots who might write the foward to a Patton memoir and somehow "blame Patton for what happened in Vietnam" when Vietnam had nothing to do with Patton strategy, have been conducting United States wars since that little man Truman fired Gen. MacArthur.
The last real engagement of any consequence was the amazing Chinese frontier/North Korean action where the Chinese literally fed bodies to United States artillery fire, until American Soldiers became unable to deal with the piles of bodies and broke, about the same time the ammunition ran out.
America has not conducted absolute warfare in the Patton mode, except in the engagements in Korea under Douglas MacArthur at his opening moves.
This is the problem with the "Powell Doctrine" of kinder and gentler warfare. It treats surviving armies as something useful, resident populations as something of value and people dying as something which should not happen in war.
War is about destroying the opposing military, pillaging the civilian population so it can not assist that military and government, displacing that population, destroying that government's infrastructure to operate, and fear, fear, fear, fear.
People fearful of freezing to death, starving to death, dying of thirst and being shot, do not have time to plant IED's, listen to al Jazeera and run around rioting.
The current Gates review is mistaken as the Gen. Marshall and FDR strategy of World War II, in their "win and hold" strategy.
Win is fine if you are in England, attending dances with Eisenhower, sexing British girls and sleeping in warm beds. Hold sucks sh*t when you are on Bataan, fighting Japanese 24 hours a day, eating artillery, aireal bombs and rat sh*t rice, watching your buddies die as you scrape their guts off your uniform.
The Pentagon, Gates and Obama are as usual, butt backwards in war. Who in their humane right minds would tell a modern Soldier, "Tough it out boy and when you can't, it is pumpkin soup so you can sh*t yourself to death in a cage as a POW while we win the war for Obama elsewhere".
Those who have been in war, remember the sh*t. It's smell is everywhere. It is on everything and in everything, and, when you are hungry enough like the locals are they are eating it.
Unless America is going to invest in the disaster of mercinary soldiers like Mexican conscripts who will cut and run as fast as anyone, or, care to examine how the fact white Soldiers in Korea had a distinct problem with black Soldiers as blacks there would hang back and let the white guys get killed, the idea of all Soldiers being equal and expendable is the falacy of falacies plaguing the Pentagon.
Colin Powell was an idiot paper pusher who couldn't keep from stepping on a pointed stick in Vietnam. His mentality has been the black death of the US military which no longer fights wars, but manages occupations which gets United States Soldiers killed.
What Sec. Gates needs to comprehend is the United States must embark upon rapid reaction divisions where the entire fighting force is capable of dropping and holding an area which is an advantage to operations to disrupt enemy continuity.
Every one of these groups must be built to keep the most expensive commodity in the military operational and that is the US Soldier. Soldiers require too much time and finance to be used as fodder or political statements.
The modern United States military must be Cyborg in nature. No I do not mean terminator, but I mean it must be trained teams of Soldiers controlling robotics from air, sea and land to carry out 24 hour attacks in shifts to roll over the enemy which will still operate on the antiquated dawn to dusk operations.
Some will recall I outlined NOMAD here which is the basis of this combat strategy. Warfare must be like Henry Ford's mass production lines. Helicopters would ferry in NOMAD replacement and lock and load packs to resupply firepower.
There is no need to hold ground when one has NOMAD holding the ground, telling the locals to stay home, stay inside and stay in the lines or they will die.
Roll Strategy is the only one which is capable in modern warfare. 3 days and enemy soldiers will be either paranoid from lack of sleep or comatose from not sleeping 3 days.
Shift warfare combined with Roll Strategy of Soldiers controlling hardware is how America could effectively fight 7 wars on 7 continents for 24/7, and win every single one of them, having robotics hold the ground, shifts of Soldiers advancing NOMAD by sea, land and air, backed by massive firepower, which does include nuclear.
One does not need to explode nuclear devices to "cook" enemy troops by the division. One can use gama radiation to kil them or perhaps with concussion weapons, slap the liqudity of the atmosphere and knock the life out of everything below it.
Bang for the buck and keep the buckers alive to fight 365 days a year.
These methods are exactly what Gen. Sherman and Gen. Patton would be developing now as this is their exact method of warfare they were employing respectively 150 years ago in Sherman.
Sherman's army was actually a recreation of Alexander's force which swept the world.
All Sherman and Patton were doing was building upon leopard empire warfare. Move fast, hit hard, keep striking military and civilian until the nation crumbles.
Robert Gates should resign, along with most of the Pentagon and everyone in the White House as they are without Inspiration or remedy as this is their Powell meets Truman kinder and gentler stagnation police actions.
America must set the standard in killing the enemy and destroying their infrastructure, so these peoples will not ever choose to make war with America and be terrified of it.
That is how one solves war problems, by being so deadly no one starts a war with you.
No one can compete with the warfare doctrine outlined and it is outlined here, because no one can build this except the United States.
I'm always at the service of the American people in being their servant in tending their needs. It is not that difficult to solve these problems on warfare with God's direction.
Mr. Gates though should be warned that every war America has been involved has not come down to what is effective, but in all cases it has come down to God and Angelic armies turning the battle for America in God placing the commanders which were needed when needed.
