It is something to cringe over whenever an Obama or his non planning well intentioned ilk start messing about in any area, that includes his new dictatorial mandate about car fuel efficiency.Forget that it is going to cost you another $3000 dollars a year. Yes I know Obama and the AP are saying $1300, but when is the last time you EVER heard of these people getting anything right in prices?
So double what they say and pepper in a good portion more and you have what this is going to nail you with.
Now though in what this blog does in God's Grace which is found nowhere else (ok sometimes elsewhere, but it is weeks after what is posted here is filtered through other blogs and voila the rich pundits claim it as their own.), some explaining is necessary.
First, Ford for example tried these fuel efficient models back in the 1980's. I had one of their pickups and they drilled holes all through the frame to lighten it, made them "tinny" like the Dodge Ram is now and the net result was when you put a load on or attempted to put a gooseneck trailer towing package on, the pickup broke in the middle.
See, fuel efficiency only comes with a price. You can not make an SUV or something someone in construction, farming, ranching or your vacation trailer towing packages be fuel efficient. It takes horsepower to make a vehicle able to pull something, and with that it takes weight to keep your load stable so you do not get flipped on the road.
This is why semi tractors are not massive engines in a Toyota size pickup. One needs weight and one needs power for Newtonian Law and safety sake.
The next point is lean burning engines run hotter and wear out faster. You can not make a nice 8 cylinder run like a 4 cylinder. The 4 will run hotter and faster due to the fact that it needs to produce more power continuously than what an 8 does in coasting at time.
The net results is a 4 blows up in under 200,000 miles and an 8 runs for 300,000 miles easily.
Yes GM has the smart engine which turns off 8 cylinders and runs on 6, but that is fine until the worthless thing starts going haywire on a trip to Canada or somewhere else you have to walk 50 miles to get help........like in East LA. Enjoy that little trip in gangbanger land.
So this leaves the roadkill faction of Obama voters panting over fuel efficiency, which will cost a fortune and do absolutely no good, except killing them in wrecks as light cars make wonderful donor cars for people needing transplants.
Obama has now mandated on the US market a generation of computer run vehicles, which will short out and wear out like your computer, just like cars are doing now, with engines which will wear out in 5 years and you will have to buy vehicles at more expensive prices, as there are not going to be any used vehicles around as second cars as they will all be on blocks.
Shhhh don't tell the world that as Obama's $1300 just jumped to $9300 dollars average per year Americans will have to pay, because their used cars will have no resale value.
But don't worry as we know now that Buffett vehicles made in China and imported by GM will be what Obama advocates for Americans. That is fine until you figure out that in a few years without American vehicles in competition that the Chicoms and Europeans who just bought the American auto industry with Obama's help WILL HAVE A MONOPOLY.
That means they will set the prices as there will be no American dealers to offset the foreign costs. Stick another 10 grande on the price of a vehicle.
See, it will not be long before Americans will have nothing but their feet or a bike to get around on. If you need something moved, you will be dependent upon high cost companies gouging you. The entire freedom of America will be gone as will it's efficiency by this Obama globalist standard.
Obama seems to think like the people at Newsbusters that 500 bucks more for gas is just 5000 bucks, then 1300 for a car, 2300 for cap and trade, higher fuel prices of 2000 dollars etc... and by amazing coincidence that soon starts adding up to all the money in slave wages Americans are working for after 60% of their paycheck is going for taxes each year.
Now I haven't even touched upon the tax issue of more efficient cars means your local government is not going to have road tax dollars to repair your roads, so that in a few years all you are going to have is potholes busting your frames as less gas sold, means less taxes to repair roads, which means less employed road crews, which means less employed asphalt, less sold heavy machinery like CAT to build roads.........and I think you get the idea of what a catastrophe this is what Obama just mandated.
Less fuel means less money coming into rural America in bio fuel production. I know Jerome Corsi is the latest globalist shill over at World Net Daily whining about the lies of the fiction costs of bio fuels, but the fact is bio fuels puts money into America, and, if you did not know, a farmer never saves money, he always spends the money which employs every America in what you are producing or serving.
So less bio fuels, means less imported fuels, which means those nasty nations who are America's enemies are going to be strangled too. This means angry Eurasians of over 3 billion people who are going to rise up. As this blog noted, these governments to save themselves will have march these hordes out in a really big war and kill them off.
That is Obama policy promoting the great Eurasian War which was and is the exclusive property of this blog thanks to God.
Those are just a few of the disasters of this Obama policy which should be having Americans howling, because the reality is why should people in Oklahoma have to exist under that cesspool of liberalism hole California in a uniform standard?
If an idiot in California wants to drive 200 miles to work everyday using up resources, then let them, because people in Tulsa don't live in Tulsa and drive to Enid every day. People in the rest of America sort of figured that out a long time ago.
One will notice Obama never mentions the hundreds of millions of gallons of fuel his border busters are burning inside America, causing pollution. Hey why not make it a law that all border busters have to ride public transportation if Obama wants to cut down on smog?
This is a ruinous policy and like all Obama policies it proves he is dumb as a post in giving one care about Americans, but is implementing every policy to benefit nation rapists like Warren Buffett.
This is a warning. Poor Americans can not take this nonsense any more. They are being crushed and have no lives to speak of in being enslaved to a system or rejected out of the system.
Barack Obama is wrong for America and the liberals who voted for him who like to talk a great deal about caring about the poor and the needy have got to get off their pat me on the back thrones and start figuring that people can not operate with out used cars, low cost well made products and housing that does not start out at over $50,000.
Poor people need their niche to provide for themselves and just like starter homes for couples need to be under $20,000, this entire American nation needs to stop being out priced by people like millionaire Barack Obama.
