See in God's nature, there are genetic codes which can not be crossed. Everything reproduces after it's own genus. In 5000 years of history which has been recorded, if someone or something had actually evolved from specie to specie it would have indeed been recorded, but it never has because not in 1 million or 1 billion years can species evolve to species.
Hybrids can occur in mules to rutabagas, but that is not evolution. That is hybridization.

God's transfiguration though is not genetic, but Light Source which changes the immortal which can be destroyed into the eternal which can not.
