Conan's 10th Amendment

I desire to first state that I really like Arnold Schwarzenegger whether I agree with all of his politics or not. See he is not Jesus, so I don't have to mould myself to him.
I can instead admire him as the best thing which has happened to California than Ronald Reagan and a greater political genius than Bill Clinton.

I like Maria Schriver as the only Kennedy I like. Her stance on Mexican imported slave labor is spot on and she is to be commended for that.

Now with the cuddle talk over, I really would like it if Arnold would grow a pair of Conan size testicles and Terminate California's liberal problems caused by the federal government.

I have been contemplating this for some time before Arnold, Paul Rodriguez and Sean Hannity joined up to try and get the water turned on for farmers in California who had it shut off, because of some minnow.

It is beneath California to beg the US Senate to turn on water or beg the feds or even their own liberal Congress to do anything. California has the trump card in the 10th Amendment and it should use it along with it's own Constitutional Authority to kick the stuffing out of the federal government intruding on their sovereign status.

For the record, California's economy is larger than most of the economies of this world in nation status. California literally in federal taxes collected on them pays for numerous poor states in these United States. Almost every major federal project Americans have benefited from was in a large part paid by those people of California.
Sure every American loves to hate a Californian as much as they love to loathe pompous Texans and those county sized states of the east coast who should be terminated, but California is the biggest success story in this world since Venice docked a boat.

In noting that, California like ALL American states is sovereign. Powers not granted the federal government belong to California.
For example, California did not cede it's power nor did any state to tax anything in it' state, including federal buildings, military instillation's or federal employees. If the feds seek to turn off the water on Californians, well let California simply impose a trillion gallon water tax on Washington, for those little naval ports which are based there.
It is California's right.

Let California put a surtax on every federal employee operating in their state of several billion dollars concerning wear and tear on roads, infrastructure and hospitals.

Let California but a several billion dollar carbon tax on all federal emissions in that state.

Let California put a tax clearing house where all federal moneys collected in that state, which is California money first, must first clear through a California tax authority which charges the federal government a ten percent finders fee.

Let California start exporting all of it's illegals to federal installations like military and prison structures and charge the federal government one thousand dollars a head for costs to the state as the federal government is not protecting California.

Let California do this and a major portion of federal taxes will start disappearing, be delayed and all of a sudden those pompous political bastards at Interior will be running for the woods as Congress starts screaming at them about they no longer have any more money to act powerful with.

For the record, the federal government of the United States is nothing but a few miles in the District. It has no Soldiers for the Soldiers are Citizens of States and not the District.
It can raise levies on imports and other such minor things, but unless it feeds off of the States, it is a paper tiger without the growl.

Every state in America should just ignore Washington. They should pass tort reforms, opt out of Obama mandates and then contact each other in quid pro quo options. Some states have water and California likes water, a nice commercial trade could be worked out as the dictators in Washington DC loose power with every dollar they do not collect.

Let the federal government squeal, let them threaten, let them remove every military base, let them put every thing in the District of Columbia and see how things work.

Let them see how powerful they are when these United States tell their Congressional delegations to stuff it, and all of a sudden all those little pipper states like Wyoming and West Virginia join and find that they do indeed control that monster, because California started representing itself instead of some global regime.

If Arnold would stand up and start playing this game in leadership, he would find numerous states falling in with California taking their power back, and all of a sudden he would be defacto President.........and I would rather have him as a foreign leader from Austria he is honest about than Obama hiding he is British bankrupting America.

There is a core group in this from Rick Perry in Texas, Tim Pawlenty in Minnesota and Citizen Sarah Palin who have millions of Americans behind them, and would garner the small states into a real change for America where the things Obama lied about, would actually be fulfilled as prosperous promises if Arnold would just unhook the plow and do what he does best.

California dragged America to this place of liberalism and now it is time California build the bridge across the Obama abyss and lead America over to that shining city on the hill.

California can clip that carrion feeding buzzard in Washington's wings. It is time that it happens.

Mr. Governor, you do not beg Washington DC for your water. You tell them and if they do not listen you tax them out of your state.
