Consider Miki Malkin, who is a hot chic patrician. She joined the bash Van Jones bandwagon with other patricians after Aaron Klein in strategy blew a hole in the Obama wall.
Now the patricians in Van Jones resigning have poured into that gap looking for more czars to hoist on the petard, but missing the point that focusing all one's strategy on czar's leaves the terror cancer of Obama still spreading fires or Obama Flu which saps operations as the patricians keep running around putting out czar fires, instead of the fire starter.
For example, Gen. MacArthur in World War II was literally cut off and marginalized by FDR. He really had no forces, no operations, but he had a mouth and kept sending press releases to keep the public's attention and keep a fire lit under Washington, so he could make good on his promise to liberate the Philippines.
MacArthur with no forces to speak of embarked on a strategy to gain strength, resources and a winning aura, but "hitting the Japanese where they weren't".
This is important to note at this time, in that the people who have brought this defeated Obama to his bunker have been deliberately pealing away Obama on straw on the camel's back until it has sunk to it's knees.

The US Attorneys should instead be the ones filing suits against the White House demanding that Obama release all his papers as their job is to protect the Constitution.
There is nowhere in the Constitution that states the US Attorneys are any resident of the White House own personal free legal team.
In that, Orly Taitz should be demanding of the Judge as should the Judge in California that the US Attorneys get out of court as it is a conflict of interest in their defending Bearick Obama against the people of the United States who they are sworn to defend.
Ms. Taitz should be demanding that Mr. Obama in this private matter produce private attorneys and that the US Justice begin proceedings to assist her cases against Citizen Kenya.
The Judge should have thrown those US Attorneys out the first day and ordered Obama to produce his own counsel or the Judge would rule immediately for Obama's records to be released in full to the American people.
See that is what John McCain as a warrior understands in the game. One has to have strategy, one has to have tactics and one has to have operations in order to fient, get your enemy moving, hit him in his front and strike him on the flank and then roll him up as he flees.
