William "Bill" Ayers etal vs. Barack Hussein Obama

If it please the court, plaintiff submits on oral authority from one, William "Bill" Ayers, a suit demanding just compensation for work accomplished as real author, writer and assembler of a book known as Dreams from my Father, whose authorship is stated incorrectly as one Barack Hussein Obama, whose given name is mispronounced by said defendant as "BAHrock" when title name is pronounced by his father, a Kenyan African, as "Bear ick".

In October of 2009, in a public forum, said plaintiff in verbal contract, informed court plaintiff, Anne Leary, that plaintiff was the author who actually wrote Dreams from my Father.
Upon being challenged by court plaintiff, plaintiff, entered into verbal contract with court plaintiff, that if court plaintiff would prove that plaintiff was author of said book, that plaintiff would split royalties owed by defendant in a 50 50 split.

Therefore court plaintiff hereby petitions court for federal suit as case crosses state lines. Court plaintiff also pleads with this court to order right of discovery in the following items of defendant in order to prove the right of plaintiff, William "Bill" Ayers.

Discovery includes travel records of Barack Hussein Obama, as defendant, has asserted he possesses recordings from African relatives for Dreams of my Father. This includes passport records.
Stated recordings and any other manuscripts which defendant shared with plaintiff.
Official long form birth certificate from the state of Hawaii, where defendant states he was born beyond a live form birth certificate, but the long form which notes attending physician, registrar and additional information which proves that defendant is the son of Barack Hussein Obama sr. who is the focus of said book.
All school records, college records, court records including divorce, adoption and immigration as filed by defendants mother Stanley Ann Dunham Obama Soetoro and defendant's stepfather, Lolo Soetoro concerning defendant.
Personal legal papers by defendant in defendant's possession as defendant stated in public forum in Dreams of my Father concerning printed birth certificates.

If it please the court, court plaintiff requests immediate setting of court trial date and immediate discovery of government and scholastic records, which are not in the defendants immediate custodial care, with a court ordered timely manner for defendant to produce said records for this case, including an affidavit of defendant attesting to his claimed work in Dreams of my Father.

Furthermore, court plaintiff for plaintiff, requests the court acquire into custodial care, a said Grammy Award, awarded for Dreams of my Father to defendant, for best spoken book, as plaintiff William "Bill" Ayers as claimant in writing said book, has entitlement, benefits and right to said Grammy Award for his claimed work, for this court to determine on evidence provided and hearing.
