Apparently Barack Hussein Obama's idea of security is like his Star Trek scanners which were going to be looking under women's dresses at airports..........a fictional thing in the development of his teleprompter mind.Dennis Blair who is the National Intelligence Director, appeared before Congress and somehow fell on his knees claiming that the problems of the Obama Days Flight 253 Bomber were his fault.
I don't know if he is suicidal and hoped Congress would hang him or Obama would have him Donald Young shot, but to find someone in Obama Inc. to actually take responsibility for Obama's failures is rare.
(By the way as Janet Napolitano is hiding in this story, ducking under the table, I saw a new PBS add of children sneezing, blowing snot all over a room and then wiping their snot on their sleeves. Obviously this is what Homeland Snotrassment was up to in 2009 was filming commercials instead of hunting terrorists.)
So Mr. Blair was chattering away looking for absolution when he happened to say Boss Obama was derelect in the FBI should not have gotten their hands on Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, not the US Courts should have gotten their hands on Obama Day Bomber, but that HIG should have gotten their hands on the Condom Bomber.
HIG is the High Value Detainee Interrogation Group, which Obama set up in 2009, specifically to apparently torture criminals, as terrorists no longer exist in the outside world.
(By the way the Fort Hood review was released and Nidal Hasan is not mentioned in it once nor is the world Muslim. Lee Harvey Oswald should have had Obama working for his Warren Commission defense.)
The problem is Obama dreamed up HIG torture out of the White House, and then he didn't do anything with it.
FBI Director Robert Mueller appearing after Blair, informed Congress, the Obama torture squad of HIG does not exist.
Apparently Obama was on vacation too much or keeping to hisself in not talking to the American people, or maybe he was terrorizing bankers, giving away the auto industry to unions, creating Obama rationed death, to actually follow through and create a torture group, which Eric Holder was already hounding the CIA over, in CIA and DOD already had the units in place to do what Obama dreamed up and Director Mueller states is still a pipe dream.
This blog is warning Americans to expect something, as John Adams noted when British Soldiers shot Americans, and Mr. Adams defended them, in British Soldiers in American courts have rights.
What I mean to convey is we now have Dennis Blair stating in public these facts about a person in US criminal court custody, given full American rights and protections:
1. Mr. Obama should have tortured Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab in HIG. That is illegal in the US courts to even contemplate torturing someone with American rights in advanced questioning.
2. The FBI questioned Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab extensively, and not once was he read his Miranda Rights which are mandatory.
3. Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab during questioning was not provided his legal counsel.
4. Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab being a foreign national was not provided access to his embassy for representation.
5. According to published Senate data beginning with Democrats Hillary Clinton, Teddy Kennedy and then Senator Barack Hussein Obama, when Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab was deprived as a Muslim of prayer time, his Koran, was not questioned in his native language, and if a female FBI officer was even in the vicinity, this is all condemned by the Obama people as torture.
According to Barack Hussein Obama's own protocols, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, was tortured.
In those Obama mandates and protocols, his administration tortured a Muslim on US soil, deprived that Muslim of his rights, and, according to US Laws, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, must be set free as no one tortured or the mere thought of contemplated torture as was the case in Abu Gharib, can be tried in any US Court as torture neutralizes all US Law and information gathered for prosecution.
Those are the laws of these United States and it is why this blog has warned about bringing terrorists into America, conducting trials of them and being degraded into political witchhunts against the Bush administration, because now all of those precedents have made Barack Hussein Obama an international war crimes criminal, along with all the people involved in this Obama has working for him.
I wanted Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab before a military court, but now that this has been bastardized by Barack Hussein Obama, I am forced to defend United States Law, and anyone under it, just like Obama has the entire state of New York protecting the 9 11 terrorists.
Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab was denied the rights British subject Barack Hussein Obama bestowed upon him, illegally, but that is something the Supreme Court will have to decide if Obama can bestow American rights upon foreigners, as Obama took their ruling and ran with it like getting his parent's keys to the house, and the next thing you know is hookers are driving your Porsche with the kid passed out in back with a quart of whiskey in him.
So in review, Obama made a Klingon into a human, let him join the Federation, said he had fancy pants sensors to find him, and Star Fleet to question him, and in the end all Obama had was making a terrorist into a US Citizen, turned the sensors off, and then made the FBI question him illegally under his defined torture mandates which are illegal in US Courts.
I quote in fun the Paul McCartney song, Hands Across the Water, because in it, "they couldn't melt the butter so they put it in a pie.......and made a butter pie". This is Barack Hussein Obama, in he has no security, has sold the American soul to the Muslim oil mafia, and Americans are not being protected, but terrorists are, while Obama has the FBI turned into Democratic indicted torturers.
Obama's butter pie security, he couldn't make it security so he put it into an FBI pie.
