For those who do not know of this 80 year old political general (the type Obama and the Clintons infest the military with like Wes Clark and Stanley McChrystal), I will allow General Hoatians own words speak for themselves.This is a paraphrase of Gen. The Chinese belong to the superior race. We have been developing not nuclear weapons, but biological weapons for our war with the west.
China will annihilate between one third and two thirds of the American population more easily and cheaply than with nuclear weapons.

Gen. Hoatian is a melding of the professional and politicization of the Chinese general staff which now includes Chairman Mao's chubby little boy General.
The Soviets had "minders" such as this and Gen. Wesley Clark was such a general in terrorizing the Branch Dividians in employing US tanks that incinerated children in Texas along with his attempt to bomb Russian troops in Kosovo to start a nuclear war until the British general staff told him to bloody well bugger off.
There are dangers in a Chi Hoatian, but the greater danger is the Barack Obama in the White House who has degraded the US Navy to 100 year lows from the Taft era.
I will explain something in this. Theodore Roosevelt was a strong advocate of a strong US Navy, because naval power projects national power. Before he became President as a young Republican writer he penned the War of 1812 which was a brilliant analysis of US Naval Power which saved America in the said war.
American Federalists under John Adams had constructed a few top of the order Frigates in 44's, which blew the stuffing out of the British 38 Frigates. The Americans prowling the waters were so lethal that the Admiralty immediately issued orders that no British Frigate was to engage any American 44.
One of those ships the Constitution still is alive today as a testament to that protection the Republican Federalists covered America with.
Thomas Jefferson, like Jimmy Carter, like Bill Clinton, like Barack Hussein Obama, all degraded the US Navy in their time and put America into jeopardy.
Democrat Jefferson's idea of a Navy was gunboats, which were oared out from shore, had mounted cannons which when fired capsized the crew.
Theodore Roosevelt noted with venom the asininity of Jefferson and Madison, both brilliant in founding American political philosophy, but absolute ignorants when it came to protecting these United States.
Roosevelt noted after the Civil War how degraded American forces had become and immediately set about rebuilding the Navy, which Taft left slide, but in Roosevelt's time Teddy sent the American Navy around the world as the first show of dominance that America was the equal to all Eurasian empires and would contend with them in resources and prestige in her rightful place.
China is now building a massive Navy to project such power across the Pacific and Indian Oceans into Africa.
Gen. Hoatian is photographed above in Africa in one of China's new outposts. The Chinese are in effect according to Putin Doctrine the fodder to wage war against America, once the Islamocommnists ignite the second stage of war, which Barack Obama is dithering America into.
The Persian communists are to ignite the nuclear stage, the American further withdrawal, and then the Chicoms are to invade the American sphere while Russia overpowers the European sphere.
President Ronald Reagan in his epic successful strategy in toppling the Soviet Union and ending the Cold War without a shot fired, started the process with a 600 ship Navy.
This blog will always hold Sec. John Lehman with the most respect for this endeavor and for his utter humiliation and trouncing of Gary Hart in Hart's asinine "cheap Navy" which would have had America build Sheffield class warships which the Argentinians in the Falklands blew to hell with on Exocet missile.
John Lehman is thee most wasted of talents these years, but this blog never forgets his achievements in honor compared to another pustule named Jim Webb who has done nothing but dishonor America.
What must be comprehended is a Navy is nothing but sitting ducks in modern warfare in ships are too fast, too slow and too easily destroyed. This might sound odd that I advocate an expansive Navy due to it's liabilities, but a Navy is what one builds to form diplomacy and enforce diplomacy so one does not get into shooting wars or a genocidal maniac like Hoatian launching a bug attack on America.
An advancing US Navy means a retreating world before her. That is why China like Germany has been involved in assassin warfare in building new classes of nuclear powered submarines to counter balance American carriers. It is criminal and murderous intent shown and America must answer with a more advanced Navy still.
Twenty five years ago as a child of sorts I promoted a solution to this of an advanced United States Navy. The core of it were two new classes of ships.
The first was the Tri hull Catamaran Super Carrier of what I now will call the "Reagan class of carriers" in one can imagine three current US carriers side by side for size.
The two outside carrier pods would be designed to absorb bomb, torpedo and missile attack in enabling this massive platform to always be stable in it's 15,000 personnel being deployed safely.
Main features are the hull was synthetic in the entire ship would be moulded panels, it would be radar absorbing, energy transference absorbing in detonations and capable of rapid self sealing repair within moments of an attack.
I will not go into great detail on this system, except to state it is also submersible, which in effect does not make it more undetectable with advanced satellite tracking, but that the water could under certain sonic conditions be converted to ice type shielding or a "solid wall" which would in effect provide a shield around the ship which enemy munitions would detonate on.
The second class are the Porter Class, named after Commodre David Porter in his epic expedition against the British Empire during the War of 1812 in which he ventured without support upon the South American coast with the USS Essex and his son, Admiral Donald Dixon Porter who in the finest of river campaigns defeated the Confederate Navy on home waters during the Civil War.
The Porter Class are flying wing Frigates, of the same construction as the Reagan class but meant for speed above water and for stealth below carrier task forces to attack enemy submarines and as massive fire platforms against onshore batteries.
These are the ships which thee American Navy must accumulate to offset Eurasian thrusts and to project American advanced firepower in the most destructive dreadnought of armament which include reflective laser weapons for instantaneous over the horizon hits.
Eat that light show you hypersonic sunburns. Trust in your sun and my Navy will burn you down.
So in that the world is filling now with Putins, Hoatians, Ahmadinejads who all think that they can play with naughty weapons systems which can annihilate billions while they plan Hitler acquisitions of native people's lands while Obama plays into their hands.. What though is good for the murderer is equally good for the executioner of the criminal.

Bearick Obama is doing what Jimmy Carter did and what Bill Clinton did. Understand that Richard Nixon built the stealth technology and Carter thought he could slide through by degrading less advanced systems. Ronald Reagan built Star Wars and Bill Clinton thought he could degrade US weapons systems and allow Chinese and Russians to steal select systems as political payback.
Bearick Obama is doing the same thing as George W. Bush enacted a massive refinement of secret systems and now Bearick Obama is thinking he can glide through just like Thomas Jefferson and James Madison thought they could glide through on the military might of George Washington and John Adams.
If Carter had had 4 more years, there would have been a massive war, as there always are with Democrats jigging the system which Republicans work so hard with Pentagon planners to build up.
There is a massive Eurasian War coming, and now is the time to build upon George W. Bush and Richard Cheney planning and not cutting back on systems to give fewer targets for 5 billion Eurasians to shoot at.
Barack Obama in looting the US Treasury of his cartel benefactors has conducted as crime against America. The estimated 13 trillion dollars he looted in 2009 could have surged America to absolute security, prosperity and resolve by making an even more advanced military, whose corporations would have employed Americans and in tax structure created an economic expansion America would have cruised through while Eurasia would have dissolved into WMD warfare.
Obama has instead made America more vulnerable and more insecure by his deliberate rapine of the US economy and attacks upon the US military.
It is a matter of being an American Commander in Chief instead of being just a community organizer chiefly residing in America.
One must have the massive firepower covertly covert to not have an arms race and one must have the overtly overt firepower to counter Eurasian pre World War IV attacks.
Democrats Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton were all wrong. Barack Obama is insane if he thinks his same policy will be different. Weakened nations fight wars, because they do not peacefully arm.
