A massive pull out of Iraq is now underway, not as Obama stated in bringing the troops home, but in a redeployment of US Soldiers to the Afnaminstan theater.
The reasoning according to Gen. Odierno of the United States military is "the effectiveness of the Iraq elections".
To examine that statement is to revisit what this blog exclusively noted in Barack Obama allowed in after changing US Policy under George W. This even gets worse as the American allies in the Middle East now are predicting the obvious in all of those United States munitions which Barack Obama turned over to Saddam's Baathists are going to funnel directly to the Persian Islamocommnist Baathists in Iran.
Imagine this grand Obama policy in Hamas is being armed by America and the arms are being used by terrorists to murder Jews, (no wonder Netanyahu told Obama to go take a flight finally) and now Obama has dumped an entire arsenal on Iraqi communists he just installed, which will end up in Iran to be filtered through to terrorists to murder Americans around the world.
So as Gen. Terry Wolff declares victory on Iraqi communist election day, his quote says it all:
"There are aggressive operations every day and every evening to deal with terrorists and extremists that try to have an impact on the Iraqi people, So it's not as if we're all sitting on our operating bases and doing nothing. There's this belief at times that no one's doing anything; that 96,000 soldiers are just kind of waiting for something to happen."

The American public is being told Iraq is stable in one sentence and Obama is retreating for all the good news, and Wolff in the next statement says American forces are still aggressively hammering terrorists every day and it is still taking almost 100,000 United States Soldiers to uphold the mission George W. Bush completed in 2008.
One has to just appreciate with a Valentine's Day love this comment I will close with in prophesy from Gen. Odierno, as a prediction of Iraq things to come:
In a U.S. television interview, Odierno said all U.S. forces would be withdrawn from Iraq by the end of 2011. The general said the only thing that could derail the U.S. plan was what he termed a catastrophe. He did not elaborate.
Oh now is that not just Obama peachy cutie cherry pie! Odierno proves what this blog stated in Obama is ending Iraq at the end of 2011, hoping that things hold together so he can say he is out of Iraq, just in time for the 2012 elections.
THAT IS NOT POLICY FOR THE SAKE OF US SECURITY, but a policy for Obama politics and is irresponsible and dangerous!
Odierno then drops the real bomb in the US military already has projections that Iraq is going to go into a meltdown as Obama retreats.
Of course, Odierno is not going to elaborate as it is obvious to any strategic and tactical mind what is happening.
Obama declares victory in Iraq in 2011, followed by Obama declaring victory in his Afnaminstan after he dithers around in there for a few years having US Soldiers murdered so they won't be around to vote for the GOP.
Point repeated. George W. Bush made the American Generals in the War on Terror and Barack Hussein Obama has made them.....a mirror image of hisself, a dithering band of uniforms in need of an American Leader.
