Ebay buyers should be aware of the scam Ebay Buyer Protection is and as this is the day of exposing internet crooks, this is Ebay's time as Barack Hussein Obama seems to have loads of time to find other assaults on consumers, but when it comes to his internet pals, the crimes just heap up.To give some background on Ebay, I have in the past years had some delightful and disappointing times on that site. I have had people so honest that they replaced entire globes on lamps which the postal service smashed.
I have though also had thee worst cons in a woman selling me a camping stove which had a faulty cap on the fuel tank that spit out fuel quite dangerously who refuse to replace it and I had one strange Californian who claimed things were lost in the post office (with my name and address on it), which happened to show up after I informed him I was filing a federal complaint on him.
Other times though I just received damaged goods in using PayPal buyer protection or now Ebay buyer protection which is a fraud.
That is the nasty part in this as Ebay touts this security for buyers, but when a seller sends junk knowing they are selling junk and will not accept returns, then one soon finds that Ebay on heavy items has a buyer over the barrel.
For example, if one buys a cast iron pan for 50 dollars, and finds it is cracked. Ebay will refund the money ONLY AFTER IT IS SHIPPED BACK to the original seller and a postal number is delivered.
That is fine in this Ebay scam until you find out that shipping was 30 dollars. So in spending 80 dollars, it will cost you $110 to get your $80 returned, so you end up losing 30 bucks and holding nothing.
That is the fraud of Ebay and they know it. If Barack Hussein Obama really wanted to settle this fraud and not enable it (See Microsoft can make rules that Operating Systems must be sold with a piece of computer equipment like a hard drive), Mr. Obama and Mr. Holder could force Ebay to cover return shipping in the Buyer Protection as this would only be right considering Obama's post office is now so expensive to use in shipping charges.
None of that though is done by Ebay as they make money off of any items sold, and items that are junk, they still make money, and do not have to pay for their rapine of the US consumers.
Where is Henry Waxman and Barack Hussein Obama on this rapine? Why they can see Toyota problems, credit card charges and gift card overcharges galore, but when it is Obama's internet cronies they can be as crooked as Warren Buffett selling Chicom cars with Obama influence, and nothing is done to protect the consumer.
Ebay's Buyer Protection like their sister site of PayPal is worthless. They screw consumers around, ignore them and know just like Democrats putting federal police on voters who call too often, that Americans will not put up a fight for a hundred dollars when it will cost thousands to make the point.
This is what Barack Hussein Obama delivered onto America. His laws of two nations where Obama rapine is sanctioned in his benefactors and Toyota gets the shaft for not having donated to Obama.
