See coaches on every level are prejudiced against white people as running backs, because they for the most part are such inept blocking scheme coaches, that it is just easier to go with the fast black kid, than to coach.
In taking this a step further into reality, that is why one sees as a majority only successful white quarterbacks in the world of football, it is because for the most part they have multi functional brains which are able to process different comprehensive amounts of data from defensive coverage, speed, distance and timing.
Ask yourself when was the last time you saw an Asian, Indian or American Indian football player?
The great Jim Thorpe was a halfbreed Indian who was one of thee most magnificent athletes in human history, yet one never sees people of these races or Dan Rooney demanding an "American Indian" quota in the NFL.
The reason is in reality is these peoples are more sedate and do not pit themselves well in rough physical combat. There are exceptions to the rules, but the races in the NFL and all sports are prejudiced for and against.
One of my favorite players is a black Caucasian Korean, named Heinz Ward. He is a one of thee toughest of football players in determination. I absolutely smile when I hear him always telling Pittsburgh receivers, "You got to give it to the defense before they give it to you."
Mr. Ward is a product of his genetics in Caucasian determination, negroid physical skill and Mongoloid perseverance.
None of that is dared to be ever brought up, but different races do have different attributes and failings.
This is why when one finds an exceptional "black" quarterback, a there are no "black" quarterbacks as the best in Steve McNair, Warren Moon and Doug Williams were all as much white as black, that they are outstanding as they have more athleticism than Caucasian, due to their gluteous muscle structure and as Jimmy the Greek was correct in stating, slave owners bred their biggest, healthiest and most work on less feed to each other.
Liberals screamed "FOUL" over that statement, but the fact is the French Canadians became a race of tough voyageurs, because only the tough children survived. It was nothing in the 1700's to see Quebec French children barefoot in the snow with only a smock on.
The same holds true for the Europeans who settled America. The weak are buried in graves while the superior American race grew in dominance to rule the world.
The point in this is that Toby Gerhart if he was black and had the things stated about him, he would have Eric Holder and Barack Obama fining the NFL for a billion dollars in their attempt to take over that industry too.

Could you imagine if that were said about a black player? Yet, you have NFL teams literally speaking to the press in the open being prejudiced against a white American.
The reality is though in the Rooney NFL which keeps Rush Limbaugh from owning parts of teams, but tan skinned racists are allowed to own teams, is that no one can point to Tavaris Jackson or Jamarcus Russell, two absolutely unintelligent high draft black quarterbacks and make the point that they should not have ever been allowed in the NFL, because they are morons with black white skin color, but were put into the NFL because they were deemed Obama black.
It takes immense amounts of study and preparation to be an NFL quarterback. Most never succeed in being white and Asians are never even allowed to try out.
Daunte Culpepper was cut from Minnesota, because he was stupid and all he would do is run around and club every night with his posse. The same brainless thing Ben Roethlisberger is getting hisself into Obama trouble over.
Minnesota had a Micheal Bennet, who was drafted by black coach Dennis Green who is responsible for a great deal of the problems still in the Rooney NFL, along with Culpepper.
Mr. Bennet had immense talent, but it took him a year to figure out that a running back had to run where the hole was going to be and not where it was.
Coach Green coddled Bennet and Bennet did quite well for a few years, but if he was completely white instead of tan, he never would have gotten the chance from Dennis Green or anyone else in the NFL.
The "bastard" runners in the NFL who were of the O.J. Anderson, John Riggins and Jerome Bettis are a rare breed in any skin color. They loved to run into people and punish them. This is who Toby Gerhart is, and when he comes into the NFL some bastard linebacker is going to make certain he takes a blindside shot into him to cripple him up, to prove the point about white boys and black running backs.
As this blog exclusively reported last year, Brett Farve was literally about killed by Kansas City, as the black Minnesota players were not blocking nor were the black receivers running routes. By contrast, when black QB Tavaris Jackson came into the game later, KC simply let the players run routes catch the ball all to make Farve look bad.
Coach Childress of the Vikings dumped Bobby Wade, a black white receiver and the problems ended, but it reveals a great deal of the racism which is involved aimed at white players who are the best in the league.
Personally, I hope that Toby Gerhart is drafted in the first round by the Pittsburgh Steelers as with Rashard Mendenhall who I in prayer helped the Steelers draft, Mr. Gerhart would be the perfect punishing match. The Vikings certainly would appreciate Mr. Gerhart to with Adrian Petersen who is a punishing back.
This though is the racist NFL and right now Roger Goodell is about to suspend pervert Ben Roethlisberger most of the year of raping a drunk girl in Georgia. Oddly though as I have noted in the NFL of Goodell, it is a case where Micheal Vick is penalized for fighting dogs and being black, while Randy Moss runs over women and beats women up, but Goodell never notices anything worth suspending him for.
It appears the Rooney NFL does not like white Rush Limbaughs, but likes black Randy Moss' who beat on women, but not black Michael Vick's who fight dogs, nor white Ben Roethlisberger's who rape drunk women.
In that, Michael Vick should have had fighting women in a pit, Ben Roethlisberger should have assaulted a woman with a car and Rush Limbaugh should have sold out America in championing usurper Obama, that Roger Goodell would not have had any problems..........as in the NFL, being white is something to be prejudiced over, dogs are better than women, and a car is an acceptable weapon against women instead of a penis.
Probably in the Obama mind of Dan Rooney, it all makes perfect sense, while to the rest of the world it is Roger Goodell nuts.
