Murkowski held a lead of more than 10,000 votes. That tally included ballots contested by Miller observers. Not factoring those in, her lead was over 2,200.

State law calls for write-in ballots to have the oval filled in and the candidate's last name or name as it appears on their declaration of candidacy written.
That means when some ballot box stuffer on some Indian reservation was filling in 300 ballots for Murkowski and they spelled the name, Leesah Mercowskee, and Murkowski's name is filed as Lisa Murkowski, that phonetic spelling has to be thrown out.
Yet we find this spineless, patrician sell out named Lt. Gov. Craig Campbell, counting anything that resembles Murkowski including BIG FAT COW ON SKIS.
For the record, Lt. Gov. Craig Campbell of Alaska and the skirt attorney for the state, Margaret Paton Walsh (What the hell is it with these women and 3 damn names???? I could understand if your name was PATTON as in American Hero George S. Patton, but what did Paton ever do but shovel sh*t in Louisiana when the war was going on!), are both violating Alaskan law, and Craig Campbell should be indicted, arrested, impeached and convicted of overthrowing Alaskans while Three Name Margaret should be indicted, arrested, disbarred and convicted of overthrowing Alaskan election laws.
This is disgusting as Harry Reid filling ballot boxes with fraud votes. The same chit would have happened in South Dakota if Kristi Noem had not gotten enough real South Dakotans to vote, so Stephanie Herseth Sandlin could not dump in her 10,000 fraud votes to steal the election.
It is reprehensible that Darrell Issa has not mentioned one iota of going after these patrician frauds of Karl Rove's criminal ballot boxes, and yet if it were not for Jim DeMint and Mark Levin, we would as Americans not ever have a chance in securing Joe Miller's election victory now being stolen by Alaskan patricians.
Voting BIG FAT COW is not voting for Lisa Murkowski, even if she is bovine. When the law specifically states the name MUST MATCH what was filed by Lisa Murkowski, then anything else must be thrown out.
There is no disenfranchisement in that, because if there is, then I'm certain that Senator elect Joe Miller can find 50,000 Alaskans who didn't vote for him, but would have if they made it to the polls, and many of the write ins for other candidates would gladly switch to Joe Miller, as they are now disenfranchised in their candidate did not win.
Perhaps this is the best thing that Alaskan courts will side with Murkowski, because Federal Judge Ralph Beistline stated that all issues of Constitutional law will be looked at in the Joe Miller appeal, including if Alaskan judges steal this election from him.
It would be refreshing then to as Iowa voters did in booting out state judges who implemented sodden marriages for gays, to have United States Marshals sweep into Alaska with federal warrants to haul away Craig Campbell and Tres Name Margaret to a nice lower 48 Federal Prison for their trial.
I will press on this and Joe Miller is the first hurdle, because in that hope of securing Senator elect Miller his seat in Congress, he will then press with Jim DeMint national investigations into Karl Rove tampering in Delaware elections, Harry Reid stuffing ballot boxes and John Cornyn of Texas deliberately cutting off funds to Denver, Alaska and Delaware for a worthless California seat, all so these patricians would hold power.
These are federal crimes, and if the election was stolen by Harry Reid, is attempting to be stolen in Lisa Murkowski or was failed at being stolen in Stephanie Sandlin, ALL of these establishment crooks must be investigated, indicted and arrested for trial, because the same SEIU and Indian ballot stuffing which put Al Franken into Congress and Obama into the White House is going to be there in 2012 defrauding Americans again.
