Hussein cuts a tight Scrooge deal in his political business.
You will remember that when Tim Johnson illegally bartered his South Dakota Senate Seat to Barack Hussein Obama's Obamacare vote in exchange for his son, Brendan Sippy Cup Johnson to be US Attorney in South Dakota (A staged event as everyone was forbidden from putting their name into nomination except Sippy Cup.), that those crimes of Obama were deep and high.
One would think in satan's world where you sell your soul to Obama that you would get a few cents in spare change............but that is not the case.
See Sodom Dakota has been for a decade filtering money to a massive water project called Lewis & Clark, which would provide run off water from the Missouri to South Dakota, Iowa and Minnesota. This is the same water which fish poop in, farmers dump chemicals in and buffalo crap in, but add enough chlorine and you will not get Alzheimer prions like Ronald Reagan.

The locals in South Dakota have ponied up their share of the cash in this for the project, and while George W. Bush wanted to kill the project, his budget which operated from 2008 and 2009, provided the millions for this project.
Now this gets interesting in 2010, Obama was still funding L & C in the millions, but guess what happened in the spending bill for 2011?
Interesting the multiple millions to complete the project suddenly dried up to just a few hundred thousand dollars. An undertaking which effectively stagnates the project which seems quite wasteful considering the millions already invested.
Now consider this project helps Horse Face Klobacher and Lunatic Al Franken from Minnesota, along with that macabre looking Tom Harkin's Iowa........and let us not forget Bubble Brain Johnson who sold his vote to Obama in criminal Blagojevich rapine.
All these powerful Democrats, all Democrats who sold themselves to Obama, and they could not make certain a few million dollars out of like two and a half trillion Obama spending was made available for dirty water for Midwesterners.
Do not forget that Obama spends a billion on his personal vacations alone, so for someone who is tossing around cash like it is not his..........why would Obama be screwing over these three states, especially South Dakota?
It is retaliation as those peoples just like the GOP Gulf, just like Wisconsin are abandoning Obama and shifting toward Republican super majorities. South Dakota is dripping with Republicans now, and it was that state which booted crook Stephanie Herseth Sandlin from Obama office, avoiding an Obama ordo ab chao Giffords event.
This is how Obama puts the screws to Americans in his 3rd world retribution. In the south it is tarballing, in the midwest it is mudballing. Obama retaliates just like none of that fraud stimulus went anywhere near poor rural areas which voted Republican.
Do not forget that Mark Halperin as only exposed here told Charlie Rose that Obama let the Gulf stagnate, because Obama did not like them because they did not vote for him.
This is Obama who takes names as he threatened Democrats in 2009. Obama knows every state, every county and every city which voted for him, and those who did not, are on his screw you over enemies of the regime list.
There has been a great deal of this going on, even more so in North Dakota as Obama was targeting their oil industry there to shut it down, and how is USDA illegally installed poison sugar beets from Monstanto without any public hearings or medical information showing what Monsanto Round Up sugar will do in killing people as a frankenfood.
Obama just turned the American sugar industry over to Monsanto monopoly control and no one has said one damn word about it!
Well except here, no wonder I keep being such a popular date in being stalked by this regime.
That is the case though in Obama' third world thugocracy has now reached into the American heartland. Not even Tom Daschle could stop Obama in this as he whored for the Kenyan native. Obama is going to stop funding on this project to try and influence the Midwestern elections, so voters will blame the GOP for what Obama is behind in his budgets.
