This needs to be addressed in Tim Geithner and brain dead Professor name Neil Buchanan from George Washington University quoting the 14th Amendment as a way for Obama to negate Congress on spending.

"If Congress has enacted laws that create public obligations, then those obligations must be met," Buchanan wrote in a column on Thursday.

The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.
Just so you comprehend this, this is saying spending by Congress for PENSIONS AND BOUNTY HUNTERS in suppressing Civil War shall not be questioned. That means Congress can not stiff war debt to companies, Soldiers who served or bonuses for special services rendered by agents of America.
Added to this, the United States Government WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEBT in for actions or rebellion or undoing the Constitution, this includes paying slave owners or it would include reparations, and those debts would be wiped from the books.
This kind of Constitutional malpractice which Obama is advocating is high treason. For Obama and Geithner with their delusional ilk to initiate rebellion against America is literally insane.
This is like Obama saying, We hold these truths to be that all men are endowed to suffer in the same type of edit of the Declaration to declare that Obama can seize all American property and beat Americans silly as that is what America is about is suffering.
I have no idea why no one has simply explained this Article 4 has to do with war debt, and not cheating Soldiers or businesses out of payments due them, and for the US Government not to be stuck with paying off the Confederate debt it owed to Europeans who started the civil war.
That is the reality in this and it would be hillarious if this was not so serious, because only a Marxist madman and community organized communists could ever look at the 14th Amendment Article IV and see usurpation and piracy for carte blanche Obama.
