Second point when one is fearful, one phones the Police and not a girlfriend, unless one is fearful of what the Police would discover about you.
The ghetto girlfriend has stated she told Martin to run.
Three points follow in this:
Point 1: Can a vehicle follow across lawns and in between blocks like a fleeing human? Of course not, and yet this basic eluding tactic which would have given Martin the upper hand was not embarked upon.
Point 2: George Zimmerman is a fat latino compared to an athletic black Martin. Zimmerman on foot or in vehicle pursuit could never catch Martin unless Martin was allowing himself to be caught.
Point 3. When one runs away, one is running away. This might seem simple, but it is lost on the entire public in this, in unless Trayvon Martin was running backwards, he could not have been shot in the chest by George Zimmerman, unless Martin was the aggressor closing on George Zimmerman or had closed on Zimmerman.
The weapon which is the heart of this Bill Cosby case.
Is Trayvon Martin a Skittle hoodies idiot in attacking an armed man?
Of course not, so why would Martin attack Zimmerman who was armed.? The answer is Martin did not know Zimmerman was armed.
This means that Zimmerman's firearm was in it's holster and concealed when Martin thought he would gain the upper hand.
Project this out, in Zimmerman is known to be following a criminal he is watchful of. So would Zimmerman approach a criminal without gun drawn? Without warning Martin to stop closing?
Of course not, this means Zimmerman was surprised by Martin as published evidence suggests in Martin blindsided Zimmerman.
This then ties to Zimmerman suspecting Martin is a criminal, and is not going to close on a 6.3 black male, who could be armed and dangerous. Yet a confrontation took place, and this points again to Martin being the aggressor in not running away, but luring Zimmerman into the belief that a retreating Martin was not a current threat, but yet a confrontation took place, which points to a staged event where Martin was drawing his follower, not pursuer, to a deadly confrontation.
Any defense attorney at this point would now progress to Martin holding jewelry in a bag, Martin's suspension, the question of if Martin suspected the person following him was a rival in a gang or someone who was infringing on his fencing territory.
That though is speculation, but the reality is the forensic psychology all deduces murderous intent on Trayvon Martin's actions and the intent of legal action on George Zimmerman's actions.
Zimmerman neighborhood watch leader, if he had 2nd degree murder intent as the prosecution alleges would not have phoned 911, but instead shot Martin after humiliating him as blacks have carried out in numerous episodes published as of late.
Martin if innocent would have phoned police, his parents or attempted to elude the vehicle, hid and waited for help while on the phone with Police.
Everything about this case appeals for the Judge to dismiss it and to warn the prosecutor to not refile charges again, but instead to investigate what exactly was the cause for the aggressive actions of Trayvon Martin.
On the above points alone, the Zimmerman legal defense will shred the prosecution's case and expose it with reasonable conclusions and not doubts.
