It was of the same bribe and complaining too much about that Vietnam relationship which Ron Brown took a bullet of sorts to the brain as the Clinton folks were spying on him, or rather the cartel was spying on Brown's activities, and that included the deal about the missing Indochurian Americans still being disposed of in South Asia from Kissinger abandoning them.
