There are so many people who are so fixated about the popular girl of me. As I have disclosed enough now to bring about the sum of the problem being a negative result, it is time to lay out the equation for nuclear terrorism.
See when one wills to destroy something, the first thing is to destroy it, and destroy all of it. Kansas City is a most interesting location as I have played there, and it is a naughty place for neutralizing the effects of a nuclear detonation.
I will have to explain this as you children never pay attention to previous posts, and it must be educated what a nuclear or thermo nuclear device does.
A nuclear bomb is in reality a weather bomb. Yes you can quote me on that, as that is what it is.
The nuclear fire cloud, produces heat, which creates wind. Wind and fire suck up dust and debris for the fallout, which creates energy charges in the atmosphere and dispenses rain.
It is all like the sun unevenly heating the earth to create a thunderstorm, and that is what a nuclear bomb is.
High wind and heat, are what destroys in a nuclear detonation, but just like the reality of this planet, if one has things to deflect that wind and heat, the capacity for the bomb is neutralized.
That is why Kansas City is naughty, as she is quite tempting in a population of 2 million people, in the heart of America........you know like Bill Clintons BATF scorching Oklahoma City for effect and blaming the boys they were tutoring.

See KC is place of two river junctions or more if one counts drainages. In the American west these areas are called "breaks", because the land is broken up, and is often referred to as Bad Lands, because the land is band, and it is hell to navigate through.
To digress for purpose.........
I have mentioned that Hiroshima was effective due to the fact the city was in a bowl shape, surrounded by mountains, so the nuclear fire balls bounced and rolled about the place for wave effects.
Nagasaki, having a larger nuclear bomb, had less results, because the land was not capable of assisting the blast.
In order for a nuclear bomb to be effective, the terrain must be weaponized to assist the bomb's attributes.
Kansas City is one rolling river prairie cut, a series of canyons and coulees, which the population there dwells in. In proper terms, one could put a nuclear bomb at the Plaza and one would kill a bunch of coffee shops and snotty elitists in a Mariott type location for effect, but that flame cloud would roll up and be neutralized as it attempted to spread out. The very terrain would contain the nuclear effects.
It becomes worse for the nuclear bomb, as KC is surrounded by a series of hills 75 miles out, and that would contain the effects too.........even in a thermonuclear detonation on the 100 megaton category.
KC is like Switzerland when Hitler wanted to conquer it, in being told, "Mein Fuhrer, you can do it, but you will not have an army left to conquer Europe".
It would require perhaps a dozen nuclear devices to even singe Kansas City, and that is something which no one with intelligence would waste assets on, as it would require a great deal of exposure to smuggle in that type of weapon, and a half dozen Islamocommunist missile plumes delivering mini MERV's from the Gulf sort of ruins the surprise.
Not even nuclear slap or concussion as was exclusively pioneered here and wrote of in using multiple nuclear detonations to achieve the Hiroshima effect would be of benefit to an event in Kansas City, as that terrain just eats the effects of a nuclear detonation.
Even those gophers there can not concentrate in praire dog towns. Kansas City is one wilderness area, like few American cities, in driving about the place, one finds numerous areas with no people, and lots of trees and brush. It is the least populated 2 million populated area in the world. It covers approximately 250 square miles, and in some locations it has fewer people in it than most cities of 5000 inhabitants.
Not even in second strike collateral is Kansas City feasible, in the storm front effect. By this I mean, radioactive debris is taken up into the atmosphere and floats about the ether, where some storm them grabs it, as rain loves forming on dust, and then it rains down hundreds of miles away in a hot zone radiating everything.
There just is nothing around Kansas City to get a second kill shot, not even with an Isaac type hurricane spreading out the fallout. In tactical studies, Kansas City is about thee worst place on earth to perform a strike on America.
From a terrorist standpoint, the troubling thing is, a great deal of the American heartland is this way in being absolutely worthless as a target. One might at ground zero obtain a kill shot of a maximum of ten thousand dead, but when one is focusing on hundreds of thousands or millions, that is not cost effective results.
Even if one struck the ghettos of Kansas City in Raytown, the area is once again rolling hills, and the same conclusion would result in some firestorm of wooden structures, but nothing of effect being destroyed to cripple America psychologically, militarily or economically.
Kansas City could not have been laid out any better to be non nuclear strike choice if the Pentagon had planned that metropolis. The problem also is as this blog pointed out is the American heartland either has too small of cities by military installations, too flat of landscape for nuclear effect or is like Kansas City in being a product of God's Deluge of Noah, and Ice Age melting in scarring the landscape, so nuclear blasts would be of little effect.
It is allot like George W. Bush saying he did not desire to be Bill Clinton in blowing up camels and tents. It is unlikely one would even bag a stray bovine or scorch enough curtain upholstery in Kansas City to even have terrorist bragging rights Bill Clinton style.
Heat and wind, no no no, not a full effect in America's heartland. Is not a logical terrorist target.
The BATF had enough problems with the Murrah Building, in botching that, so one would presume that lesson of Nagasaki would alert some educated Brzezinski Muslim from Tehran in New York, would dissuade them from a drama at the river junctions.
