Lame Cherry: The Lincoln Doctrine: RIGHT OF THE RETURNEE

Considering Bill Clinton's retroactive taxes to Barack Hussein Obama's dictatorial rule over riding Constitutional taxation, Citizenship, life and firearm rights, what measure is the Abraham Lincoln Doctrine to press his legality into lawful completion of the Right of the Returnee.

African Liberia was created for the expressed purpose of returning captured Africans to their continent of origin.
The American Indian was never meant to be incorporated as a perpetual reservation system, nor to be afforded Constitutional rights. They should have a right to return to Asia.
The Indian Spaniard had Mexico set aside for their homeland. It is their rightful place.

Be it known that the United States does not accept nor acknowledge the dispensation of Citizenship upon any individual or group by Constitutional Amendment nor by mass grantor nor amnesty.

Be it known that, the right to return as mandated by Abraham Lincoln is the Lincoln Doctrine of these United States.

Be it known, that the "right to return" will be enforced with full cooperation of the federal and state governments of these United States, with enforcement by bounty pursued by Citizens paid by the United States Government, by law enforcement and by the United States military.
Apprehension is mandatory.

Be it known that unless those of African and Latin decent can prove Citizenship by legal means, as in naturalization by means of oath, they and their decedents are not afforded Citizenship status and will be returned to their continents of origin by all means necessary.

Be it known that only those Citizens by right of legal naturalization and natural born Citizenship by parents of United States Citizens, will be deemed "Americans" from this point forth.

All returnees will be tagged with RFID tags for tracking and if said device is removed or said returnee enters these United States, they will be considered an enemy combatant with lethal force engaged to remedy their invasion of America.

Said returnees have 30 days to peaceably comply and return to their continent of origin in Asia or Africa. Their assets will be auctioned for fair dispensation for their return to their homeland.

Deportation point will be Tripoli Libya for all returnees of African and Asian Indian decent, with their responsibility for travel to their homeland. Deportation point will be Baja California for Mexican decent returnees.
