This blog simply offers up this amendment or referendum, that can be enacted in all 50 states. It is based upon the illegal search and seizure laws and it is based on the necessary requirement that all people must have a warrant issued for searching their property.
Too much of this has been eroded, and this law stops the drones.
Be it known, that any drone, generically named to include any device employed to provide surveillance of any individual or group, is hereby required to have a bench warrant singed by a federal or state judge, after due legal process of request from law enforcement or prosecuting attorneys.
In all cases, said Drone Warrant, will require the notification of the elected county Sheriff on a state level, and in checks and balances, if the warrant is issued to the Sheriff, then said elected city counsel or county board will be notified of this activity.
In federal situations, the warrant will be only activated when the county Sheriff is notified and the state judge of that district is informed in writing.
A "drone" is signified as any device, above ground, on the ground, in space, below ground, in direct United States authority or in international authorities, employed for the purpose of gathering data on any Citizen.
Drones are classified as follows in not comparable to a wire tap authoriziatoin in being open ended, but a drone is classified as a search warrant employed for the stated purpose in time of no longer than 24 hours.
Said warrant can only gather legal court evidence in specified day with no open ended times ever sanctioned.
Said warrant will be required to be served upon said person or group named before drone may be employed.
It is hereby stipulated that every Citizen's Constitutinoal "search privacy zone" is above, below and around their person, their home, their place of being whether in vehicle or pedestrian in rights of privacy and while person to person questioning will be allowed for probable cause, no search will be permissable for drone employment without probable cause offered before a judge in due district authority over this Citizen.
No warrants may be issused in other states or districts and transferred in movement or in jurisdiction.
This Amendment supercedes all federal and state laws and acts passed in this State's 10th Amendment Rights.

This my children will end Skynet and the graduated arming of drones to assassinate you. If evidence is not permissable, and the person must be notified, then the drones will not be affordable to employ nor feasable to gather intelligence with.
Spying on Citizens who are innocent until proven guilty will not be allowed, as a Citizen is innocent until proven by other means in normal police procedures for the past several hundred years.
