As a child, I first became acquainted with the remote places, as that is what appealed to me as urbania had absolutely no appeal. The problem was by this time all the homesteading was done, and all the enviro terrorists were stooged out squatting in those locations more wild than the critters inhabiting those areas.
One area was northwest Montana, the Bob to Glacier, for example. The Bob is the Bob Marshall, a wild area for hunting, trapping and fishing, named after it's American progentor which has "the basin" in it, a huge bowl of black forest wilderness that is quite spooky to behold on the ridge overlooking it.
This area was the last to be peopled by Europeans and Asians, as the Flathead Indians warred and lived there in a sort of Canadian American status. It is pretty country and I have a fondness for bing cherries produced there.
The first I know of the Flatheads was in a story of the elders taking along a young white ranch child on fall hunting expeditions in using their Winchester lever actions, setting traps for mountain goats and blasting them into winter meat storage with efficiency.
Tied to the Flatheads are the Kootnenai. They too found their way to me through President Theodore Roosevelt hunting in that region, and an Indian porter named Amal, who swore the little demons lived there in the moaning forests.
Amal was interesting in not understanding white people, for he could never understand why it was not legal to kill Chinamen, as Chinamen were not human according to Amal.
Chinese gamblers were very adept at besting Indians and whites at the games, and Indians frequently would murder the Chinese to get their money back. It was all an equalizer I guess in those who were better at the game, getting the game and those not as good at the game, ending up having to even the score in more Cainish ways.
There is a drama, that really does not make much of a matter to Americans happening in northwest Montana. The Obama regime, the Flatheads with the Kootenia, and those Americans are all sort of wrangling in court over the big lake there and water rights in irrigation.
Like in most regions, the Indians by nature do not develop anything. So white people came in and started farming and then using Indian resources, which means their water. Northwestern Montana like all Montana used to be run by Americans, but since Californians moved in and made it a democrat state, you now have things that used to be trusted for 100 years, now things in water fights in courts between Indians who own the water, whites who got legal use of the water and the state and federal government at odds, in Montana legal systems smells something is not right in this in what would come of the negotiations being set up by the Obama regime.
Water in that area was on a first come, first serve basis, and rationed to irrigation use. Those not familiar with water rights nor care about clean water, never heard of the swindle California undertook in Colorado in legally stealing a river to bring it over the Rockies so Los Angeles could have water to waste on swimming pools and green lawns in a desert.
That is what is at stake in Montana, and this would not be brewing as an issue if someone was not putting parties up to a fight over this water as a power issue.
What you have are people who have used this water for generations, and people who are moving in "buying land for water use", and now elements in the Flathead and Kootenai who have been told they can trump traditional use by it being their water.
The majority of the people involved in this are good people, but there are operating in the background of this distinct elements whispering in the Indians ears to screw the white people over for past sins Hollywood has created and idiot farmers and ranchers smelling something is up in being water hostages being taken to force them out, as buyers are waiting in the wings to obtain some very lucrative deals as water is the life of all there.
Shut the water off and you get a revolt. Ration the water off, and you get the land in a decade as people are inflated out of their lands, just like Obama has been jacking up electrical energy prices on rural people all across America.
This regime has all sorts of stealth schemes to impoverish right wing voters, and this Montana venture is one which could be a trillion dollar development, where the Indians if they are careful or not, are going to end up with their water rights taken from them completely no matter what negotiations are put into place.
I will remind readers of a South Dakota Governor named Bill Janklow who in the late last century saw Montana water flowing in the Missouri River to South Dakota. That water was South Dakota's water, so Janklow started negotiating in selling it to California.
The feds came in and shut it all down as "their water" and left South Dakota high and dry. See thirty years ago this was starting and people missed all of this, and the Indians being federal wards in Montana, always have Uncle Obama in their backseat driving, and if Uncle Obama can jack up water prices on that agricultural land, forcing white people off of it.......it is not going to go to Indians as Indians do not farm or ranch in large developments. That land will be bought up by the tycoons and some of them might just be from Peking looking to create a Chinese settlement in Montana on federal Indian lands, as you might remember China was trying just southwest of the Flathead to buy up square miles of Idaho for a Chinese city of their very own.
Any time you start seeing Indians and whites pitted against each other who were at peace, and the issue of resources being bandied about in the feds involved, there is someone behind the scenes looking to screw everyone over so they can take everything.
Nothing has changed since the Grant Administration was allowing the Indian Agents in a cartel to sell guns for an uprising to murder George Custer and his family who were blowing the whistle on this, so the railroad men could take all the land and have white slave develop it, so in the last phase the cartel could come back in and take all these developed lands back in clever Obama inflation ways.......all is repeating and the whites are now the Indians and the Indians are a minority opinion who are tools of the cartel for some new project which has not yet appeared, but by miracle will be dumped in the press as a surprise to destroy anything American or Indian in that piece of wilderness.
"CSKT officials said the tribe and the federal government are inextricably intertwined regarding water rights, but the district court did not consider this and other pertinent matters of law. The filing states the district court erred in law by determining water rights ownership of some unnamed irrigators all without necessary and indispensable parties such as the Tribes and the United States."
See they already have this mapped out, and the good people on both sides are fighting just like in 1876, and when the smoke clears a new ownership is going to take place.
I will remind you that it was Obama deliberately expanding Indian Rights as "foreigners" as his first act in the White House, and it is all geared at stealing Indian resources and lands for someone else, while the Indians are being lied to that this is in their best interests.
The problem is the tribes are right in their complaint as this was Montana looking after select rights of key people who held water rights. The solution in this will be someone eventually taking new ownership of the water 'in first come first serve" and stating they have "necessary right to it over Indians" as the cost of it goes through the roof.
I would not be surprised if the scheme in this is to replace that 65% inefficient system now operating with a 100% system and the costs will be levied to be paid by Indians and whites. The Indians will not be able to afford it and have their rights purchased out and whites will simply sell out to the cartel bidders.
I suspect what is behind all of this is some Obama benefactor once had an outing in the region, and looked around and said, "My how I would like to own all of this if only all these Indians and white people were not pooping on my pristine property".
The net result they got Obama installed in office, and after Soros got the grain in America, and Buffett the rail with Hamm the oil, one of these types sat back and said, they wanted those Indians and Americans off their land as they needed a place to relax.
I will repeat that whoever obtains this area is looking at a trillion dollar possession for less than one hundred million dollars of Obama electronic created Wall Street money.
The Indians will be kept around as pets "just to keep the federal status" while the US laws still have any worth, after that they will be probably moved into Canada with the rest of their brethren.
I would thank someone for pointing these things out, but they have had enough problems and my mentioning them by name, would not have the physician healing themselves.
So much intrigue in the Obamanation and it is macro and micro, with little gems being now confiscated with the big lakes of oil.
