I will unleash my fleet of C 130's to spray all the agriculture lands in Afghanistan. Atrazine lasts for two years in killing all things on that ground except corn that is planted.
What will be required is the same Monsanto companies will then provide corn to be planted for crops, which will either be sold to China for livestock feed or fed in Afghanistan to their own chickens as they do not eat pork.
Simple operation, that I require air defense from SAMS, require some gun ships to keep the dope lords honest, herbicide, seed corn and I figure it can be accomplished for 200 million plus a profit that includes paying dope lords not to grow dope, like a set aside program.
