He will not be aware of any signs before the medical event takes place.

The first time he leaves his body will be in the ambulance, but life support will draw him back in. The second time he leaves his body will be at hospital.

He will not claim any titles, but will scream for help, but none will come and the demons drag him down through the floor in a ghastly macabre spectre.
After this the Light will come from above and Andrew Breitbart will go toward the Light.
They will not use anaesthesia or pain medications on him, and he will feel all the drilling and the pain. He will feel the tube down his throat like it is suffocating him.
Over 25 ghosts of DC will come to see the circus. He will not know them. They will just come to watch. They will jeer at him and taunt him. None will go toward the Light.
Khadaffi will greet him in hell. Others he murdered and sent there will be there to taunt and torment him.

He will not feel any pain in his head, but he will be suffocating constantly.
