Peggy Knutson's thank you note
Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.
Peggy Knutson left me a message stating
"Write me a thank you note."
To the Honorable Ms. Knutson,
Thank you so VERY much for your generosity to a Lazarus in this world with the crumbs from the Master's table for their food and dog tongues as a cure for their wounds. It is particularly wonderful to receive such magnanimous, selfless and generous donations from people so generous as yourself.
I lay awake at night, unable to sleep for the pressures and the dangers on TL's and my life. We cannot even acquire Internet connection at public establishments without being hounded and tracked to within an inch of our lives.
I pray to exhaustion in trying to deal with all of this which is in some way fulfilling God's purposes, but it is nothing compared to the benevolent generosity you have bestowed upon such a lump of clay receiving slave's wages for all of this wonder.
Thank you, Ms. Knutson, again for your generosity. I hope this humble note of gratitude suffices in fulfilling your command as I can do no better. Perhaps I can do better when not in danger at every moment worrying about TL, taking care of my mother, dealing with death, working like a slave for no wages at times, and wondering if today is the day that I am terminal.
Your humble servant,
Lame Kipling Cherry
