What you must comprehend is destiny is a current of a river of time which has eddies and back flows and all sorts of surges moving through it. Just because something which appeared to be coming true did not, does not mean that eddy will not sweep forward again in history repeating or actually completing itself, because events do in major cases have such a prophetic force behind them, that they begin sweeping forward again.
As you can see by the above links, there was a ministry in Michigan focusing on things over a decade ago concerning Russia. Just because those events did not come to pass, does not mean they are not still in the process literal from the process verbal.

So just because stories of planted nukes, terror nukes, Russian invasion plans using Chinese military might, passed away a decade ago, does not mean those plans are still not operational with all the toys still installed for an opportune moment.
The Birther events cycled several times, before the Jinn entered the building and it was all too much for the minds of people to comprehend like an anti Christ.....so the fake messiah rose the 3rd day and that is cycling again.
At this point, there are beyond horizon events cycling which involve Russia China and America in the late teens of this this 21st century. That is the reality as people are distracted by other events. I am not as I live in the future and I never sleep.
