The following is a Lame Cherry exclusive in matter and anti matter and I am stunned at writing this as it is one of the most ghastly stories I have ever come across.
In 1971, in Union County South Dakota, two young girls went missing after a trip to a gravel quarry. In midwestern terms, that would mean it was a beer party where drunkenness would prevail.
Attention soon turned to a farm family which resided nearby in the Lykkens (pronounced Lickens) and the focus upon the son, David.
Basically on police and media reports thee entire county in southeastern South Dakota turned on this family in they were ostracized from the community, in the accusations were of rape and murder by David Lykken.
Authorities "believed" that the teenage girls were raped, murdered and then buried on the Lykken farm, and of course would years later begin digging up the property and "found" bones, a woman's purse and a rubber glove, to which the State of South Dakota would file charges against David Lykken, who was already in prison by this time.
In a warrant authorizing the search, authorities said that David Lykken, who lived at the farm in 1971, might have been involved in the disappearance of Miller and Jackson as well as three other unidentified people
Apparently in South Dakota, people do not have to be real in being identified, as if Peter Pan goes missing, he too is put on a warrant for arrest. Wonder if Spock, Bones and Kirk were the missing people as Star Trek was cancelled about then.
You must understand the psychology of this, in the Lykken family was brutalized by an entire community, and in that psychology, David Lykken being accused of raping and murdering women, actually acted out and raped a woman.
He would rape another woman due to this abuse by the State of South Dakota, and be sentenced to 200 years in prison by a judge advocating on the case.
As of this week, September 23, 2013, a vehicle these girls were driving was found in a creek called Brule, which was on the way to the gravel quarry. The car apparently was on it's roof, and lying in the bottom of a quite shallow creek for literally over 40 years.
Laying there due to absolute incompetence by the State of South Dakota and Union County law enforcement. For 40 years this state hounded an innocent family, destroyed their lives, and literally caused the rapes of two innocent women, because South Dakota was absolutely convinced without evidence that David Lykken had kidnapped, raped, murdered and disposed of those bodies, when the reality the evidence now reveals that there were two girls who were drunk, who in reckless driving drove off a bridge like Teddy Kennedy at Chappaquiddick, and there they drown to death of their own actions.
The State of South Dakota even engaged in a sham trial on the word of a Sioux Indian inmate who recorded a "Lykken Confession" which was found to not be Mr. Lykken at all. That is how depraved this entire state has become which is run by that mutant Dennis Daugaard of the Obama GOP now.
In forensic psychology, it is conclusive that the State of South Dakota in gross negligence created a rapist. South Dakota so traumatized and terrorized this family for decades in thee most sadistic of torment which caused the arena where David Lykken acted out to what he was being accused of his entire adult life.
It is not a reach to know that no female would have a relationship with him due to the accusations, whisperings and the state hounding him, and he degraded to what they kept repeating he was when he was not.
Frankly, David Lykken and the Lykken family should sue thee entire state of South Dakota for billions and own that wretched state. The "law enforcement" behind this should be brought up on Patriot Act terror charges.
The two women who David Lykken did rape years after being tormented by this state should have millions in a settlement.
At the very least, David Lykken deserves an immense settlement where he could be incarcerated in his own plantation confinement, with psychological counseling to attempt to undo what these beasts in South Dakota did as Dennis Daugaard is made for that state to offer an official apology on his knees, with a lifetime of paid female companionship as long as Mr. Lykken has not degraded to harming women as the officially created rapist of South Dakota.
Life in this world is hard enough for those on the edge without the authorities creating murderers and rapists. The Lykken Family proper was terrorized by South Dakota, and that terror state is still "looking for evidence" in the bits of bones in that Studebaker.
Grand Juries should be looking at indicting this entire police state on terrorism and their part in the rapes of two women that state was the instigator of.
A good lawyer could make retirement funds off the settlement to their grandchildren's trusts on this incompetence.
