What profiteth any person, oh Lord, for anyone to be so poor, they fall into sin in breaking your Laws, in trying to survive or failing to deal with destitution righteously in the humiliation in being poor?
What is that person, You are mindful of Yahweh, who glorifies You in being shattered so You will show Yourself strong?
What of those in Sheol, who were destroyed in poverty and gave up, because they could not take any more?
What profiteth any person, oh Lord, to be so poor that it is not mammon that destroys them in having, but in not having mammon, that it robs them of a place of dignity with you, because of the sins of being poor?
The poor steal to have dignity in having what the sinner has stolen. The poor drink to forget, the poor have sex to find comfort, the poor eat to find solace, the poor act out to try and relieve their misery in life being stolen from them.
