The Lame Cherry Chicken Vegetable Extravaganza and Feastial Goodness of Blessing Abounding Immense Abrosiatic Palatial Banquette Soup

This is my invention for Chicken Soup, and I suppose can be termed just Chicken Soup for those who can not remember the title of this recipe, but I do not know why as it seems quite simple to me.

I came up with this as both TL and I have some problems at times with the hosts called noodles and potatoes in carbohydrates.
I also when I make soup, make a batch of it, as I hate cooking when I am busy and then this is something good to have on hand.

Oh and I tried a generic brand multi grain cracker, sort of whole wheat with oat flour and things. It was very good.
I will include the recipe for appetizers with this as it necessary, of course for soup of this status to not just have crackers.

Lame Cherry Chicken Vegetable Soup

I use 1 large chicken neck and rib cage being a starving peasant, but you many use boned out chicken thighs sliced into 1 inch bits.
The part of the chicken is most important to chicken soup. The rib and neck provide the very best flavored soup. Gizzards will add a spiked chicken flavor, but I dislike gizzards to eat them.
White meat leaves a sour soup which is bland.
Legs are too greasy and strong flavored.
Wings are adequate, but lack the flavor that the neck and ribs or thighs have. Thighs will though at times be strong in the soup too if not mass market chickens.

Cook bone chicken in two cups water and 1 carton of Swanson's Chicken Broth until tender to remove the meat.
If one is using thighs, then just cut the thighs up, and cook them with the vegetables as things get done in about half an hour.

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 tsp salt

5 stalks of celery (the leafy tops and woody strong tasting green ribs on the outside)

2 yellow bell peppers

1 bag of rotund baby carrots (Those are the ones which are the broken ends larger than the babies and are very cheap)

1 onion white or red, your choice

3 cloves garlic

There is not much in this soup in ingredients so it is deceptive as you think it should have more things, but you may add additional stock or some water about 1 inch below vegetables, and that is it.

When I created this for TL, I was puzzled as it was a sweet soup. I am puzzled over that yet.

I see if I had 375,000 dollars I could buy a close restaurant where I could be tied down making all of these recipes. I think I would like to make a Chinese restaurant, but in the hinterlands the Chinese food is a puzzlement and the patrons who think pepper is an exotic dish will not eat the food.
Think I would make Chinese type food, but call it some American restaurant name and then just have sesame chicken and general cherry's not Chinese sounding chicken.

Odd how you can do lots of things when you have money, except be poor.
