I wonder at this moment in those who feebly chat at me, to name my sources, and when I do in the Emperor of Germany it is dismissed as if someone who lives in the future, could not have visited the past and know the Kaiser.
At least his words might portend to some knowledge in a book if bothered to be read to give creedence to the reality that as I have stated there are wars which are preludes to world war in setting the field.
One of these wars was the Boer War. The Boer war was one in which Dutch Afrikaaners were granted sovereignty to rule themselves in South Africa, after Queen Victoria asked her advisers if anything was of value in the Cape.
They replied in the negative, so she bequeathed upon them independence...........until diamonds were found there and then DeBeers, Rhodes and the exploiters decided the Queen's word was worthless and wanted South Africa back, and thus began the Boer War where all the English notables showed up like Churchill and Doyle.
The Boers were a pioneer people and they could shoot and ride, and promptly shot the hell out of the Queen's army.
In what was termed Jameson's Raid, the war gained sympathy in Germany due to Dutch low German affiliation and upheaval ensued.
The ministers demanded that the Kaiser sign the Kruger telegram which denounced what the English had done in attacking Germanic peoples, as the Germans were murmuring about that half English monarch of their's being a proxy of Queen Victoria.
The Kaiser knew the English and how all hell would break loose, but the ministers said they would take all responsibility for the telegram.......which they never did.
Kruger being the name of the leader of the Afrikaaners and hence the namesake of the gold Krugerrande minted in South Africa and containing a full Troy ounce of gold which some might recognize.
The Jameson Raid having little to do with the Boer War, but was instead a raid for Cecil Rhodes project of a rail and telegraph from Cairo to the Cape. It was simply to gain land for this Pan African venture.
In response to this, France which was in league with Russia in trying to foment a war against Germany, the same France in secret treaty with America and England to make genocide on Germany, next approached Germany with Russia in requesting that all three attack England, now that she was occupied with the Boer War.
The Kaiser who had no Navy to speak of did not have troops who could walk on water nor cannons which would float to prosecute any war against his grandmother in England, so declined and immediately telegrammed Grandmother Victoria alerting her to what the French and Russians were up to.
Telegrammed for the reason that the Kaiser surmised he would be blamed for instigating the attack and the Kaiser was correct, as Queen Victoria soon enough replied that rumors had arrived indeed blaming Germany for the war rumors in that attack upon England.
Queen Victoria thanked her Grandson and said she would not forget the kindness......
She of course did not, but her son Edward VII did a wonderful job as Cassius in encircling Germany and sticking the knife in his cousin Wilhelm's back for the genocide of Germany.
The French always played both ends against the middle. The Russians lumbered along as did the English, but one finds in 1900 the burning embers for the global war which was being stoked. A war which if the Kaiser had agreed to against England would have had France change to England's side, Russia as Stalin did come in and crush Germany on the flank, while England dealing with the Boers would have come with full fury and American support to smash Germany almost two decades before World War I was finally unleashed.
The lessons in this are as relevant to today as a century ago. Just because Obama wars are flash in the pans or thwarted as in Syria, does not mean these wars go away. All these wars do is simmer, and come to flame in new locations and places of contention. Sooner than later, the cartel powers maneuver events for the parties on both sides being promised victory and rule, engage in combat of self preservation.
The rich should learn from history or at least donate to someone who can tell them what history portends for their future so they do not end up in the cadaver corps.
