Last time I looked in the Bible Adam, Enoch and Heber all came before these peoples and tribes, and they were called the Sons of God, meaning they were Inspired, so maybe while the rest of the world was whoring around, maybe they had from the Garden a God Inspired way of governing themselves and their children, and maybe, just maybe as Noah was a Prophet, that maybe other Prophets of God were speaking about a great flood to destroy sinners and the locals made it into a story.......like Hollywood bastardized the Arc in Raiders of the Lost Arc.

I would put in a three strikes rule in, if they were whipped three times, that it would be off to where your ancestors roamed. Certainly America could seize some waste lands in Africa, Middle East and Asia and just dump the buggers offshore.
No need to RFID tag them, as with backs that scarred, they could not hide what they were, and if they were caught back into America, just put them into a military transport, tie a rope about their head or chain to the neck, and give them a shove out at several hundred miles an hour over the ocean.

Eric Holder is no help as a Caribbean wild man. He is all into that human torture stuff and sacrafice as poor Treyvon Martin proved. What kind of tribe do you have that thinks it can attack an armed black latino with Skittles and survive.
So a white guy from the military just needs to go in and lay down the law. Give them all Abe Lincoln stove pipe hats, some pretty trinkets they can call gods as they rub them in their pockets or up their snatches like Val Jarrett and Muchelle seem to be hiding things up their wahoos, and then haul a few of them out for a good horsewhipping for past felonies. Am sure Hillary Clinton would just love to whip their asses good.

When you put 3rd world wild men in charge of 1st world institutions, you will have nothing but trouble, but as first world General Weyler proved, knowing which end of the stick with the carrot or whip end to use on the natives, transformed the Spanish possessions into places which the cartel demanded those peoples be handed over to them for exploitation as the American way was just too prosperous.
