This is in reply to all the rich like Rush Limbaugh who say that the poor people pay nothing in income taxes, because in my poverty I just got soaked in income taxes.
How can this be? I wondered at such a thing in this as a dirt poor agrarian it simply made no sense to me, and when Mom heard from the preparer what I owed, she literally almost fell off her chair.
So of the past weeks as I am in exile and not at the brier patch in trying to sort things out, I have been trying to figure out what in the hell happened.
First I found out that Christian Ministers in America are now taxed. For the entire history of America, the clergy was exempt and I was wondering when this blasphemy took place in placing them on the "self employed".
I am self employed and do not have the luxury as most do in a job of federal withholding taxes. It is so bad now for large farmers that the regime is making them file quarterly as Matt Drudge was making a note of.
So I am a "business" and have deductions which literally amount to about all I take in. That is why I was trying to ascertain what was up with a huge tax bill at my poverty level.
The simple form is 92.35% on the gross. Then it is 15.3 for Social Security and Medicare. Then comes the 50% of that figure which is the tax bill supposedly.
That is for the under 113,000 dollar cut off, as being poor in America is now under 113,000 dollars. I would that I had 113,000 dollars as I could live on that for 20 years.
The wonderful news as a dirt-poor farmer is that farmers receive part of the federal gas tax back. The reality is I received a bigger return on my Discover card than I did from the regime. Perhaps credit card companies should run America as this would be more conducive to helping poor people.
What I do know is that I pay a higher tax rate than Rush Limbaugh, Steven Spielberg, the Koch heads, and B. Hussein image Obama. This is ridiculous. Opie and Anthony wondered why a revolution was not forthcoming. The reality is one is coming and when the poor have nothing invested in America and are being attacked by America they will start taking back what was stolen from them by the rich.
Due to this wonderful tax bill, my Mom about had a stroke last night and I feel like someone buried an axe in my head. Rush Limbaugh bitches about 90 million people on unemployment and DARING TO EAT FOOD when the reality is only a damn fool would work for slavery. What incentive is there for me to work when I'm paying a rich man's tax rate on a poverty level income? It just makes sense to quit working. Granted I am barred from receiving unemployment or any entitlements but I do not begrudge anyone who stopped working as it is pure foolishness.
So for those who always like to know my situation that is my fun at this juncture. I am poor, I pay more income taxes than Rush Limbaugh, but I do not begrudge people who like to eat and not sleep in gutters and have leaves for covers.
So if any of you rich people want to put me in the rich people bracket which is above $113,000 IRS poverty level do your duty as they are wiping out the poor and working poor... the next step is you.
