Just wanted to post an update to let everyone know that we are finally in the brier patch. It has been interesting in the attempts to kill us on the way. For some reason this time everyone tried to pull our bumpers off in cutting in early.
On a good note, if you are ever at a place called Squaw Creek in Missouri, you will know that Lame Cherry almost pissed there.
Outside of the rest stop there, where we did not stop, there was a huge flock of cow birds bathing in a mud puddle, and TL an I got out and trespassed to pet two ponies there and fed them lambsquarters. Think both were gelds, one was a palomino and the other a dark red sorrel type. They were friendly, and we enjoyed the break at 65 miles an hour in slow time.
I enjoyed it, as that meant no state police were stopping me for body searches or things like that.
We have been loads busy, and loads tired, but it good to be here, and seeing what adventures are awaiting.
I will try and do some updates sooner than later on things.....sort of just been tuned out on the non news of politics, but will see what is on ebola and things in what pops for attention.
Thank you for your prayers, thoughtfulness and donations. I will let you know about the moving we did, as it might help others and save others the immense costs in that. We got to drive a truck around a bit which was interesting and we found the dolly we were moved to purchase attached to a boat motor earlier for 50 bucks was a real Godsend.
Think that is about all I have time for now, but we are around and appreciate your thinking of us. The adventure begins anew in God's Grace and we are both now ..........tuning into the Spirit that matter as there is no clutter here really.
