Lame Cherry proprietary Cheesecake

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

I believe my children that the world would be a much more peaceful place if more bacon, butter and cream were in wide use, and if tofu, margarine and skim milk were banned. Sugar is a food group which is also a disinfectant for long life, like lovely salt. The world needs more sugar and salt in everything..........along with wood smoke, one can not ever go wrong with wood smoke.

In noting this peaceful proliferation for the world..........just look at the Obama's  and it is evident how miserable people are eating endive and playing golf........oh if all the golf courses were banned, replaced with firing ranges, things would be much nicer too.

Where was I?

Yes this is about cheesecake. This is one of the most wonderful of foods ever. I byGod's Grace have worked out a No Bake Cheesecake which is the best thing ever. If it could include bacon, it would be perfect.

So here is the Lame Cherry exclusive proprietary Cheese Cake Recipe. If anyone steals this recipe, they will pay with their eternal souls for it.

2 boxes of Cream Cheese (I use the cheap stuff.)
1/2 cup sugar
1/3rd cup lemon juice concentrate
1 can condensed milk (I use the cheap stuff.)
1 tsp vanilla

Add ingredients to mixing bowl and mix. Cut the cream cheese into wedges as even soft it is hard on a mixer. Mix until smooth.

Graham cracker crust (Use a food processor)
One package of graham crackers slightly crushed.
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup soft butter

Process at pulse and then press into an 8 by 8 metal pan and bake for 15 minutes and then cool.

Ladle the filling onto the cooled crust, and put in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours, until firmed.

Add one can of Wilderness cherry pie filling and spread out. Wilderness is expensive, but it is necessary.

I have used blueberry pie filling, strawberries in 1 package frozen berries, 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons lemon juice concentrate cooked on the stove for 15 minutes.
I came up with a very nice topping too, which can be used for about anything in you open 1 can of cheap canned peaches. Place this into a food processor, add 1 cup sugar, and bring to boil on stove in a sauce pan. Add 2 tablespoons of corn starch and cook until thickened.
This peach cheesecake is very nice.

With that I leave this as another of my culinary delights....top with whipped cream which is real and you have something to bring some peace and smiles to your souls.
