Rand Paul is sinking in the polls, so like his old man Ron Paul, he is trying to run interference for the Rovians, aka Jeb Bush, to gain their favor as promised Treasury Sec or whatever.
Paul though trying to be the young version of John McCain calling Trump voters "insane" while McCain calls them "crazies" is not something which is going to help him in even his diminishing group of supporters who figured out Rand is not a Ron.
Yes call Republicans insane as that is the sane thing to do, to get them to vote for you.

Inquiry points to a group, which is trying to pin this on ISIS. It is not in the regime. People who are trying to make trouble for their political agenda.
This tracks not to the GOP, but is intelligence related. It tracks to the democrats and points to unions.
