Now that the Obama inJustice Department has cleared Hillary Hamrod Clinton of her criminal charges in EMAILGATE, the Lame Cherry requests that you recall something this blog warned you about in what was coming in a flurry of court suits against Donald Trump to place into the public's mind a domino effect to offset the reality of the criminal that Hillary Clinton is.
This blog exclusively pointed to the nefarious misuse of the criminal justice system in New York in that liberal political machine was seeking to file "fraud" charges against some of the Trump enterprises businesses, based upon that trumped up case in California which kicked all of this is off in the 100 Days assault upon Donald Trump, by the Mexican bred judge in the Trump University case.
The Lame Cherry will now exclusively take apart another case from Jeb Bush's state of Florida, using the highest power attorneys there against Mr. Trump, and this is all being shepherded now for 3 years also by a George W. Bush appointed judge, who just happened to have a court, as it was created by Bush fam in 2002.

The case involves Trump holdings in the corporation purchased a golf course from the Ritz Carlton in Jupiter Florida, which is an exclusive community where actor Burt Reynolds had his theater located to entertain the elite in this gaited community.

This putative class action is brought on behalf of individuals who paid refundable
deposits in connection with their purchase of memberships to The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa Jupiter and who have been denied a refund of their respective Membership Deposits by
Defendants RBF, LLC and Donald Trump’s affiliated business Defendant Jupiter Golf Club LLC
(“JGC”).

Plaintiffs and Class Members paid substantial Membership Deposits to Defendant
RBF, LLC ranging from approximately $35,000 to $210,000, as well as annual dues.
Ritz became Jupiter, and in the original golf club, Ritz had various price level in memberships. For most of us we are going to have a "What the hell" moment when you find out rich people pay anywhere from 25,000 dollars to over 100,000 dollars to sit with other elitists to play golf or take a steam bath.
I talk about a 350,000 dollar donation to bring the Truth here, and there are hundreds of thousands of rich people who blow this kind of money on a club membership to pretend they are not human like the rest of humanity.
Ritz had a policy of refunding money to people who were placed on a resignation list, but Mr. Trump did not appreciate the different caste levels for members in marketing, so he ended the practice.
Three members then resigned, and Mr. Trump added a clause where the club could amend the policy from time to time and to this the complainants refused to agree to Mr. Trump owning a club and stating what membership policy would be.
The Legacy Addendum affirms JGC’s liability to refund Membership Deposits to Plaintiffs and Class Members according to the “terms and conditions in the applicable Membership Agreements, this Membership Plan and the Rules, as they each may be hereafter amended from time to time.”
Plaintiff Norman Hirsch is a citizen and resident of the State of Florida.

Plaintiff Matthew Dwyer is a citizen and resident of the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts.

Plaintiff Ralph Willard is a citizen and resident of the State of North Carolina.
This then degraded in Mr. Trump did not want non members using this club, and stated he did not want to take these former member's money as they were not active.

Plaintiffs and Class Members expressly rejected the respective Legacy
Addendum as presented, and refused to sign it.

Thereafter, Donald J. Trump, acting on behalf of Defendant JGC, declared that
he would unilaterally deny the Plaintiffs and Class Members Membership rights in the Club unless they “Opted-In”, signed the Legacy Addendum and effectively converted their refundable deposit into a non-refundable deposit. Trump made these statements to Plaintiffs and Class Members in a letter dated December 17, 2012.
A copy of Trump’s December 17th Letter is attached as Exhibit H.
Trump represented to Plaintiffs and Class Members, active dues paying
members-in-good-standing who were on the club’s resignation list, that if they remained on the resignation list that he did not want them to be active members, or to use the Club Facilities, nor did he want to collect dues from them. He represented that “if a person is on the resignation list, the membership does not want them to be an active member of the club --- likewise as the owner of the club, I do not want them to utilized the club nor do I want their dues.”

Beginning in or about December, 2012, JGC asserted that it had the unilateral
right to amend the terms of Plaintiffs’ and Class Members’ Memberships, so as to modify or deny the right of the Plaintiffs and Class Members to receive a full refund of their membership deposits, and that it would no longer make timely refunds with regard to future resignations.
This then is the premise of this lawsuit which is being shepherded against Donald Trump.
As a Lame Cherry exclusive, I will point out to you a pattern which is developing in first it was California, then the rumor was New York would join, and now it is Florida with a Bush judge appointing after 3 years a court date in August too.
Inquiry points out that his GET TRUMP phase has 6 different states which are supposed to appear to flood the media with stories that Donald Trump is having court problems in MAJOR ELECTORAL COLLEGE STATES.
This is the plot and you will notice that there is absolute silence on this from the "right" as no one is warning Americans of this scheme, save the Lame Cherry again.
You will notice that this all coordinated exactly in FBI Director Comey giving Hillary Clinton carte blanche, and suddenly these court actions are set to explode on Donald Trump just after the GOP convention and most importantly to boost the failing Hillary Clinton campaign as the plot is to boost her coming out of the DNC convention inf Philadelphia.
There are headlines in this which point to Mrs. Clinton attacking Mr. Trump on his business deals and then the laters of an entire TRUMPOCOLYPSE at the Cleveland Convention. Be well aware that this is a multi faceted criminal collusion against Donald Trump and started with that Univision smear, ran into Ted Cruz intrigue and this 100 Days conspiracy, and is now going into a phase to smear Donald Trump and those behind it all have familiar names in Obama, Clinton and Bush, and if you note a pattern in this, in the US justice system is being engaged to do the guerilla work in this Phase IV of the "Get Trump" criminal conspiracy.
The Palm Beach press which dislikes Mr. Trump immensely actually posted a strange prelude to this by their writer Frank Cerabino, who entire satire takes away the entire defense of Donald Trump, and indeed Eric Trump to defend themselves, as this dovetails into what the Lame Cherry predicted months ago and warned of, in this collusion was plotting to go after the Trump children, and we witnessed it in Paul Manafort manipulating the Trump children to take down Corey Lewandowski and their being blamed, and now we see the courts taking aim in this Florida case against Eric Trump.
After the High Crimes of Loretta Lynch, James Comey, Hillary Clinton, image Obama subverting justice in EMAILGATE, there is the reality that all of these cases to smear Donald Trump appearing on cue to take him out of the 2016 nomination process and now to defeat him, by a George W. In knowing how law suits and attorneys collude, a 1000 clients probably got 17 dollars and the lawyer received several hundred thousand dollars.
Should Donald Trump be responsible for a previous owner's polices? Ask your as you look around your home, if people started showing up telling you, "Listen the previous owner said we could camp on your lawn, because we paid them...............and listen here, the previous owner agreed to mow my lawn if I kept an eye on the house and I am still keeping an eye on your house, so mow my lawn".
Would you consider that you had to abide by these former owner's agreements, or that you had the right to not be bound by them and conduct yourself on your own property as you reasoned?
Of course, you would choose the latter. This though is more than being about rich people demanding things they have absolutely no right to, and Mr. Trump attempting to accommodate the rich who have club memberships. This is about a pattern of Clinton Bush Obama using the courts to domino effect Donald Trump in a criminal collusion.
Now you are aware of the situation which is about to envelop the news in the next months, unless of course this blog can diffuse the situation again.
As an epitaph in this, the Jupiter golf club, is the exact location which Michelle Fields was sent in to attack Donald Trump which started the Corey Lewandowski coup.
