It appears Mr. Drudge was referencing is the Huma Hillary "I want to be your tampon deep up in you" messages which were hacked and Mr. Assange struck a bargain to not release. Let us just say that, the original authors of the hack who are not Russian, but will remain unnamed, are producing their originals in this coming coordinated leak.
Yes this is being maximized for effect and timing. First nullify the Clinton bim lies and then generate the story.

“The ENQUIRER learned the list of Hillary’s lesbian lovers includes a beauty in her early 30s who has often traveled with Hillary; a popular TV and movie star; the daughter of a top government official; and a stunning model who got a career boost after allegedly sleeping with Hillary,” the gossip site reported in April. “Hillary made the huge mistake of mixing public and private messages while using her personalized email server – before risking a massive scandal by refusing to make the documents public,” an unnamed source reportedly told the Enquirer.
Drudge also highlighted how Democrats are having trouble finding young, viable candidates, referring to Hillary’s possible presidency as the “brain in the jar” in the Oval Office.
