Under the dictator Abraham Lincoln, America first experienced Sharia Law or the worst of Talmudic Law of making absolute warfare against Americans, equal to what the butchers of England carried out in the rape, burning and murder of Americans in 1776 AD in the year of our Lord.
After the failures of General McClellan in war, as General McClellan was more interested in defining a peace of warring against the Confederate military alone, so as to bring about a political solution in his being the uniting factor the South could vote for against Abraham Lincoln in the 1864 Presidential election, Abraham Lincoln appointed Major General John Pope to the head of Lincoln's War.
His first act with General Halleck was to issue General Order # 11, which is a disgrace to a Republic, as Abraham Lincoln and John Pope believed it was "till death do us part" in marriage, and John Pope was going to kill every Southerner and burn every one of their relatives alive, after he hung them.
This is the Order which has been censored from history, and which the Jubal Early Lost Cause racial apologists as Ken Burns in his award winning propaganda cover up, as the excuse in the South was going to lose the war any way, and were all slave owners (which was LEGAL), so as traitors they deserved, death, destruction and damnation by the Lawlessness of Lincoln.

^'Commanders of army corps, divisions, brigades, and detached
commands will proceed immediately to arrest all disloyal male
citizens within their lines or within their reach in rear of their
respective stations.
''Such as are willing to take the oath of allegiance to the
United States, and will furnish sufficient security for its observ-
ance, shall be permitted to remain at their homes and pursue in
good faith their accustomed avocations. Those who refuse shall
be conducted south beyond the extreme pickets of this army, and
be notified that if found again anywhere within our lines, or at
any point in rear, they will be considered spies, and subjected to
the extreme rigor of military law.
''If any person, having taken the oath of allegiance as above
specified, be found to have violated it, he shall be shot, and his
property seized and applied to the public use.
"All communication with any person whatever living within
the lines of the enemy is positively prohibited, except through
the military authorities and in the manner specified by military
law ; and any person concerned in writing or in carrying letters
or messages in any other way will be considered and treated as a
spy within the lines of the United States army.

So this is in easy terms, in order for an American to remain in the their Home, they had to submit the following or EVERY SOUTHERN MALE WAS TO BE IMMEDIATELY ARRESTED BY THE MILITARY VIOLATING EVERY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT THE
Swearing an oath in public
Providing proof you were loyal
Failing to do this brought IMMEDIATE FORCED EXILE.
If an American returned home, THEY WOULD BE SHOT AS A SPY and ALL PROPERTY SEIZED. (Exactly as Jeff Sessions in enacting against all Americans.)
No American in the South could send a letter to anyone, unless the Military read it first and granted permission to send the letter. Failure to do this brought about the charge of spy and immediate execution.
This is Abraham Lincoln's lawlessness. Lincoln was a weak, unAmerican dictator, who unable to deal with a Democrat in General McClellan, fired him, and then installed the butcher John Pope to enlist the Scorched earth of Adolf Hitler or Joe Stalin on American States.
Those financiers who instigated the Civil War in America, in New York and Europe have glossed over what Lincoln did and who he was, using the cover of that bullet to his brain, which was brought about by John Wilkes Boothe due to what Lincoln was conducting against Southerners in this criminal war against Americans.
The cover being was the saintly Lincoln issuing the Emancipation Proclamation to free the slaves, but the only reason Lincoln ever engaged in that issue, was he intended freed slaves to be terrorists raping and murdering all through the South to aid his butcher generals in committing Dixie Genocide.
The great General, Winfield Scott, stated before the war, that if the South was simply allowed to go her own way, that she would return like a wayward sister to her family. Scott assessing the situation, stated that war was the last responsible response, and would delay the integration.
That is why Lincoln was installed by money interests, in the same interests which split the Democratic ticket to provide Lincoln a split ticket victory, so this terror war against Americans would be engaged in.
