Real Estate Bubble Breaking

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

The strange and financially strapped Johnny Depp has been selling off properties and there is something interesting in this which is important. Depp has been dumping property in California, but he just tried to unload land in Kentucky for 2.9. It could not get an opening bid, had to drop to 1 million opening bid, and the would not budge past 1.4 million.

Actor Johnny Depp’s Fayette County horse farm on Versailles Road did not sell at auction Friday after the bids were rejected for being too low.
The property had been listed for $2.9 million. The top bid was $1.4 million. It came from radio personality Rick Dees of the Weekly Top 40, who said he didn’t blame Depp, best known for the “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie franchise, for wanting more for the property.
Dees owns Sweetbrier, a large Boyle County farm.

That all means that the Great Obama Depression is imploding real estate in mid America under Donald Trump. Real Estate in the expensive real estate is cut in half and is not selling. The real estate bubble is popping. It is not that people do not have the money in the rich people, but they are no longer blowing their load of cash as they know the market is dropping.

This will mean Mr. President's foreigners in visa slave workers will not be paying back their toxic Fannie and Freddie loans.

To the point, that means all real estate has deflated by half. Those 250,000 dollar chip board houses are now 125,000 dollar. Heck of a wake up for people stuck with those big mortgages.
