I remember the Admiral in building the American nuclear fleet asking an engineer about a bulk head which had burrs on bolts bigger than a human head, and ringed it in almost 30 of these massive metal objects, in why they were not welding the bulkhead onto place too.
The engineer said, "We have this bolted on Admiral and it will never blow".
Rickover said, "Would it be safer if it was bolted and welded in place?"
The engineer thought for a moment and said it would. To that Rickover said, "WELD THE BULKHEADS IN PLACE TOO".
That is why the American Navy does not have accidents in nuclear power. It is why the AP 1000 is one of the strategic assets of the United States, and the leaders of the democratic party just tried to steal it for Peking, while Obama's Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, Robert Mueller and James Comey looked on.
To put this into context, Donald Trump just pardoned a Sailor who was in prison for TAKING A PHOTO inside a nuclear submarine to show his family where he worked. What the Biden's and Kerry's engaged in was absolute treason against the United States in espionage for bribes and the penalty for that after a speedy trial is a state execution as this is beyond serious.
In all of this Russian paranoia, there is the fact that the Chicoms have been stealing US technology wholesale and in bribes have been in espionage acquiring America's most sensitive secrets.
